Very underwhelmed. Products are the same as all other places, but sales staff was lacking in customer service. Just a little better than Walmart.

We were in need of a built-in refridgerator with fast delivery since our old Subzero broke. We paid 12k for a Thermador and it was almost a month late so we didn't have a refrigerator for a while. We were not given the option for a temporary fridge while we waited even though the install team did tell us that should have been an option. Instead, Pacific Sales suggested for us to buy one of their mini-fridges as we waited. Once the incredibly rude install team finally came (they were texting the whole time while we tried asking them questions), they said the cavity for the fridge was not ready for install even though we showed Pacific Sales a picture of the cavity and they said we were good to go. So we had to construct a new opening for a built-in. They took the old fridge and refused to install the new one. Once the new install team finally came (at 9pm), the door was hinged on the wrong side so we had to schedule another appointment for someone to come back and adjust. When they came back to adjust, they scratched the top of the fridge. When we called Pacific Sales about the scratch, they told us that "it's common for this to happen during install" and that we had to deal with it. To say we are disappointed would be an understatement. We weren't even offered an $100 gift card. We are willing to update this review if we are compensated in some way.

Do NOT do business with this store. We recently ordered 3 major appliances. We were promised all three would be installed if we waited one month. The day came and nothing happened. It turned out the sales person did not follow through and listed the items as "pickup in store". We complained and were promised delivery in a week. The installers came and the oven did not fit like promised, and a downdraft vent did not have a blower. We were very upset and asked to get a quote on the blower. Nearly another week went by and it turns out the blower would not be available until sometime next year. Apparently no one wanted to tells us that. It took a call to the manager to get an answer. We returned everything and got our money back. It was a terrible experience and we will never do business with this store again. This store does not warrant even one star.

Long was amazing! He sold us a beautiful new Thermador package and got it faster than we expected! He definitely exceeded our expectations! Thankyou Long, much appreciated!

Overall it was a good experience shopping at Pacific Sales at this location. We were greeted when we entered and got prompt attention from the knowledgeable staff in both appliances and plumbing. The front desk employees need either more experience or training, but they eventually came through and delivered as expected.

Worst Customer Service! Staff totally ignored us while we were looking at appliances - CLEARLY they're not commissioned based!
My 1st visit to this location was 6 months ago. I gave COVID the excuse the 1st time and thought I would try 1 more visit, but now know it's just the lack of quality staffing.

We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the Pacific Sales in Corona so we know this is a location problem.not worth 1 star.
