We just had a wonderful experience with Pacific Sales in Newbury Park. We needed 3 appliances, A new built in Sub Zero, a dishwasher and wine frig. We had planned to just look around. But we felt so comfortable that we decided to just make the purchases. Steve D was very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions as these were major purchases. I had the opportunity to work with Ryan in appliances and the kitchen faucets with Brandon. They were very good at what they do and informative. I did not feel pressured whatsoever and had all the information I needed walking into a stressful remodel. I feel super ready and excited about my new kitchen. I went in to price out some outdoor furniture and ended up buying a whole kitchen and bathroom from Anil and Brandon. My intentions were to just look but I was told about a 10% promotion that I just couldn’t pass on. Now I can get my perfect kitchen and bathroom and also get my furniture later for FREE. I am happy I stopped by to check out the store. Peter and Ed from customer service were very friendly and professional. I want the management to give all these guys raises. My wife and I were beginning a complete kitchen remodel and Pacific Sales was recommended to us by our contractor. We had previously visited a number of other appliance stores prior to visiting Pacific Sales, some were disappointing and others quite good. However, we opted to go with Pacific Sales because of their large selection, and more importantly, the quality and professionalism of their sales and customer service staff. Steve Gregory in sales was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable regarding the products and worked with us to get the best prices possible on everything we needed. Ed in customer service, (sorry I don't know his last name), was extremely helpful in explaining their special financing and promotional deals since we were purchasing at the time their Black Friday promotions were starting. We were very happy that we decided to purchase from Pacific Sales and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.

I recently visited pacific sales show room in T. O. My experience was nothing short of amazing! My sales person Johnny was dead set in finding my family the perfect kitchen in a timely manner. He printed out spec sheets and took care of delivery and installations as well. It os one more thing off my plate. The cashier and and managers Ken and Ryan were helpful and walked me through all of my options as well. This place is awesome and so glad I went here instead.
