I think that you have the most caring staff and doctors of any sleep study office.that I have ever been to. You listen to me and work with me to get me better.

I enjoy my appointments here because the staff is friendly and Dr. Kalra is wonderful. He is friendly and welcoming, has a positive attitude, and treats his patients well. He is attentive to my needs and seems to always have a sincere desire to get to know me as a person. I greatly appreciate Dr. Kalra because I feel that he cares. Thank you!

My doctor and the staff here were great on all three of my visits here. I came for a consultation, an overnight sleep study and a follow-up appointment. I wish my doctor that I had here was my PCD because she was great. I felt very informed about what was going on; furthermore, she took her time explaining everything to me with visuals on her laptop. My doctor gave great advice and recommendations as well. I recommend coming here.

Dr. Kass is a wonderful somnologist and brilliant in conversation. His explanations are accessible and easy to understand. I highly recommend him to anyone requiring a sleep specialist.

The consultations are thorough and the office personnel friendly. Overall a great experience!

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been contact with. Customer service here is horrible and it’s always a 15 minute wait time to get someone on the phone. The front desk ladies are very rude and unprofessional. I have had nothing but bad interactions with different levels of staff. In addition, it seems like the staff lack communication amongst themselves and they don’t read the patient charts or relay messages to everyone seeing the patient. I spoke to my doctors office about them and he agreed that this is the worst office that he’s dealt with as well and let me know he’s heard nothing but negative things from other patients about them.

I have been with Dr Kass and Pacific Sleep Disorders for over 10 years. I have found the staff to be very professional and willing to answers questions or concerns. The office is clean and easy to locate. My calls are always returned.i highly recommend Dr Kass and his team

This place is terrific. Dr Kadra helped me greatly. From getting up to pee 3-5 times a night to only once or twice a week.

The techs were very nice and friendly.
Things have changed since I did the test years ago.
The room looks just like a comfortable guest room, including a TV for you to watch until you go to sleep. The bed is very very comfortable. The hook up leads were easy and fast to put on with out discomfort.

Except for the initial visit many years ago, I have never had a good experience with the staff.
Very condescending and rude.
Its as if any questions brought to them are a nuisance.
And when they ask a question, they hear what they want and then talk over you.
Unfortunately because Dr Kass is wonderful, Ive had to put up with the attitudes.

Loved all the nurses and doctor. They were super nice and very professional with my son both times he stayed ️

Got there early was late in Wasilla promptly at 1: 30 all vitals everything check doctor came in inform me of everything very professional very fast in and out

Dr. Kass is a wonderful Dr. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a pulmonary specialist. He took care of my husband saved his life many years ago and now he is helping me out thanks Dr you are a top Dr in your field ️

Appointment is what you have, being able to see the Dr.within less than 2 minutes is what you call excel.office professionals, thanks

I have call lots of times too make my first appointment and every time I get a voicemail I don’t understand them

Worst facility and staff we've visited. Been waiting on results for almost 2 months now. They don't answer, they don't call back, mind you we are calling during their business hours. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time and money on these people who don't care to help you.

Front staff can care less whether you have an appointment or not. Never acknowledges or even looks at you.

Dr. Kass is the best doctor he explains everything thoroughly and makes sure everything that we talked I understand clearly and makes sense to me. Thank you so much and I would recommend him to anyone with a sleeping disorder.

Doctor is very nice and is very to the point and explained everything great. The one lady at the actual sleep study was rude to me and my ride/helper at the door. The place was clean, very nice and comfortable. I would recommend this place.
