I've been taking my vehicles here for over 15 years. They always stand behind the products and work they perform.
This particular visit, I worked with Damian both in the store and on the phone to finalize my transaction to put a single din oversized radio into my 2003 Dodge Dakota.
Damian explained all the functions, features and capabilities of the radio and took his time doing it. He worked with me on coming up with a fair price to do the work. I will never take my car anywhere else in the IE.

Damien is the man he’ll hook it up for a good price customer service was great come here if u plan on doing anything to ur car rim speakers they have it all.

For those who are looking for CarPlay installation on old corollas…Damian did a marvelous job installing this car stereo onto my 2019 Corolla. He managed to fit this 9 inch screen into the original space and it looks perfect just like a stock integrated part. Not the cheapest but worth the price.

This is the place for all your car accessories. Greatest group of guys are working there, and they give you that personal attention and answer all your questions.

Did my tint here paid what I think was a fair price, didn’t ask for a discount. When I got my car back, there was scratches on the outside windows, the rubber was cut into it, and who ever did the tint left blades everywhere about 5 that I found later when cleaning my car!

We had a speaker backorder right before our boat races. Andy was seriously amazing to work with and was able to pull some strings for us. We now have two speakers heading our way right in time for the race!

Got an alarm in my truck viper 5706 two way key fob with the smart start app on the phone valuable you have after someone tries to steal your truck. They know what they are doing and are good at it. I’d recommend this shop to anyone needing anything car audio lighting even off road vehicles your in good hands with these guys.

I just went in to this place with my Kia the white one just in case they read these reviews they'll see it I installed my study on myself with 2 amps couldn't figure out why my arms weren't turning on wait in there this guy stopped what they were doing came out help me out but something I would never figure it out by myself just wanna give that my big thank you

He also would tell me if what I was thinking of buying was worth buying not just to make money, so sometimes I’ll end up buying something cheaper from his advice. I purchased the Alpine Halo iLXF509 form Pacific Stereo via Amazon. The unit arrived but their was a power/installation issue. I was able to call Pacific Stereo regarding the issue who called the Alpine rep. It was a small installation error. Works perfectly! Exceptional customer service!

Went in to get a quote on Amp and woofer. Great price so I scheduled an appointment. Great service. Looking forward to getting my equipment installed.

Worst decision I have ever made. I purchased my truck brand new and decided to install a new stereo. I paid almost $3,000 with “Warranty”. The first year it worked fine but then it started to randomly go silent and the stereo would turn off every time the auto off function was triggered at a stop sign etc. First they told me it was normal. Of course it wasn’t. It wasn’t doing that before the installation and during the first year. They then asked me to take the truck around 8 to 10 times for a period of 8 months. They would tell me it was fixed and 1 hour later it started to do the same again. I had a lot of patients and lost a lot of business since this is my work truck. At the end they installed a device that overrides the auto off function and still charged me for it even though it was to correct their mistake. 1 month after that “ fix” it is not turning off in the stop lights but is going randomly silent and the system is no longer working at all. I will not go back to. Them because I ‘m now tired of loosing my time with them. So disappointed not just because of my $3,000 but because They messed up my new Trucks audio system. Be careful they do have a lot of good reviews but in my case they totally did me wrong.

Went there to get a dash kit for my 2000 ford excursion and they had it in stock. Great sales service and great prices. I will definitely be contacting them about some new wheels for my honda accord next. Thanks guys and keep up the amazing work

Visiting from Vegas on vacation I get in a non fault accident as seen in the picture. At fault person ran red light and t boned my vehicle. Every auto mechanic I called is short staffed and weeks behind on just getting an appraisal. My insurance quickly processed everything and I felt stuck. Then I was referred here. God is good. I pleaded my story and quickly gave them the information needed. They were able to order a new door and window and fix my car within four days and I was able to bring in back to Vegas. Without them I would have been stuck in Cali for weeks or would have had to leave my car out there. This place is amazing. Thank you
