2 Never gave me an estimate or a call back. I guess they do not want the business.
David the owner did call me after the rating and apologized. The fact that he tried to reach out after the fact showed he cares about his business. First impressions on estimates are important. So, maybe this was a blip and not something frequent.
Paxton has been very helpful both in explaining what they can do for my project and in helping me find remnants. If I hire them I will update this
For now, know they have been professional and took the extra time to inform and direct me about stone options, even from other places if they did not carry it Though they can typically source the stone for you and and then do the project
So far so good
i hope to give it a five but have yet to do any install work or purchase.stay tuned
