Outstanding, I had an issue with a nail in my tire a month ago. The past week I noticed that the tire was still not holding air. I took it back and Pacific Tire repaired the tire and when I said how much, their reply was "It may have been a bad patch no charge". Yes, I know maybe it would be 5 stars if I didn't have to come back, but the fact that they were honest about it earn it even more, but I wouldn't have rated 5 stars just for a fixed tire. These guys have done 4 of our families cars and always happy with the results.
I had a wonderful experience with this company! Dave, the manager, did a 5 minute repair (blinker light) that I was unable to do because of a disabled right arm. It was a big deal to me and I left feeling grateful. Now I get to pay it forward when the opportunity arises. Thanks again.
