Never have tires you ordered. Will have a fast replacement for cash. Suggest you need brake work that not necessary then remind you for cash!

Terrible place, the person in charge there takes advantage of the people. I reported a tire on my car that had a ball that was damaged under their warranty and they made fun of it and they didn't want to change it and the employees get along very badly with each other.and he insults them

Went for an oil change and tire rotation, charged me in cash no receipt. I went back for the receipt and he had to write it up right then. Whole interaction was shady, I asked him if he changed my oil he said he topped it off? What did I pay $100 for? The computer was never turned off either, all settings the same. I’m tKing it to another place tomorrow to see if he even did an oil change which he didn’t!

Skinny manager in the front will try to scam you.went in to get a patch. Told me it was ready after 30 minutes. I paid, walked out and no tire on my car as it's still on the jack. I walk in let him know it's not ready.no apology or nothing just says nothing.ok, I guess.comes in 15 minutes later saying the tire is no good, that wires are showing on the inner side of the tire. I ask if he has any used tires in similar size. Says no, only in New for $120/each! I ask to see my old tire, he hesitated but brought it out.no wires what so ever, honestly looked decent besides the small leak that needed a patch. I asked where are the wires you mentioned? He said.you know what man, I'm not going to repeat myself and walks off.) Keep in mind my cars still on Jack's lol
I looked at his employee/coworker who also seemed confused about the interaction and said, your boss is on a good one today lol can I just get my tire patched and put back on bro? Lol and the employee did just that.

What's crazy is that I've been there before for used tires.like, I've brought him buisness lol
Why try n sell me something I don't need man?

Went in for an alignment the day after buying 4 brand new tires. I was told I needed suspension work plus the alignment (which sure okay) but also was told I needed four new tires. They tried to pressure me into financing over $2000. Slimy sleeze ball practices. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

The owner is so rude and mean, I almost cried leaving the shop. He is the most disrespectful person I have ever met at a workplace. I also took my car there before that day and they were supposed to fix my motor mounts and one of my motor mounts is still messed up.

Service is horrible I went to get my brakes fixed I come and pick my car up my handle is broken on the driver side and they didint want to fix it and said go some where else.

Decent tire shop that also happens to be a mechanic shop. Tires are a little expensive, but the mechanic service is on the cheaper side in town.

I got my entire AC system fixed, oil changed, got new tires and Rims, love my car, almost like new.

Worst service don’t ever go here tells you one thing then says another, while waiting behind a frustrated customer who had been waiting 3 hours, the owner all of sudden says he needed an deposit to get the tire he told me he was gonna have there in the morning the day before, smh just say you didn’t bring the tire that you forgot don’t make up things trying to make your customers look bad, smh this guy can’t be honest of course he owns the place so please don’t waste your time go somewhere else more professional

Had about an hour wait but it only took about 20 minutes to mount a full set of tires on my truck and charged me a very reasonable amount for the job. Highly recommend this business.

Very unprofessional and questionable work ethic. I Went to have a nail removed from my girlfriends truck and was told it would take about an hour. Timing wasn’t a problem however, after leaving and being told it was fixed, the next day sensors went off saying tire pressure was low. Technicians were advised it was either the front or back tire with the nail. Despite this, we were told the situation was taken care of. It was not. The truck is a crucial aspect of the mobile business my girlfriend runs and as a result of the situation business had to be paused which resulted in time and money lost that is very valuable to the progress of said business. Upon arriving back to have the problem taken care of, for which we were charged, we were met with hostile unprofessional attitude from the clerk. Assuring us first that he fixed it which, he didn’t, then attempting to throw our money back at us which was insulting in and of itself. After this we were told to go “somewhere else” when the service we paid for was incomplete as we were inappropriately led to believe. Loss of time and money as well as the potential for something to go wrong while hauling a very heavy trailer is unprofessional and inexcusable for any business in my opinion. We will not be recommending or frequenting this terribly ran establishment again. I can only hope no one else has to go through the terrible customer service and professionalism that was experienced by us.

They never replaced my hubcap. 4 when I brought in my car and only returned with 3.they never put it back on after working on my flat tire. I already had to replace this same hubcap once so that hubcap was less than a year old. I dropped my car off on Xmas Eve and they repaired the tire, pulled the car out to the street for me & I did not notice until the next day that they never replaced the hubcap after repairing my tire. I'd like the hubcap back or they should refund me the 35 bucks it is gonna cost to buy another Genuine Toyota hubcap like I had when I brought my car to this place. If they provide me with my missing hubcap or pay for a replacement one I will change the zero stars to 5. But I won't hold my breath.
