California roadside canceled on my tow after 3 hours of waiting for them and Cesar was able to pick me up and my car within 10-15 and took me home. It was really quick and efficient. I was really appreciative of Cesar tonight.

After being involved in a car accident, Fullerton PD arranged to have Pacific Towing remove my car from the scene (since it was no longer driveable). I was definitely in shock and still shaken from the accident but Toni (the tow truck driver) was SO patient, kind, understandable, and professional. He went above and beyond, helping get items from inside my car before it was taken away to the tow yard. He was also genuinely concerned that I was ok. I truly appreciate all Toni did after such a scary experience (as that car accident).

I got helped by lovely tow truck driver named Cesar Gonzalez couple days I got locked out my car and I couldn’t get in and he help get it open he was very fast and helpful

The receptionist is nicest lady EVER. Super neat and kind. She helped us out by going out of her way and requesting registration info. This is my second run in with this tow company and she actually makes it easier to pay.

We came in the morning to release a car. It was the first time we had gone through this process. And although we were a bit confused, they were patient with us and were trying to help us out with the situation. The people who helped us out were very kind and understanding. Definitely running a good business there.

I was in an accident and was super stressed and had no idea what to do. When pacific towing arrived the driver made sure to check and see if I was ok before anything. He was super kind and helpful and told me what I should do next. The next day I went into the office and was met with some of the nicest tow yard personal you would meet. They asked if I was ok and offered me a water and a snack for my 10 year old. They made the process of signing my car over to the insurance super easy and I was in and out of the yard with my property in less than 20 minutes. I was faced with an unfortunate predicament at the 55 fwy; my tire blew out, and had no spare available. I called Pacific Towing as I have saved their number on my phone, per recommendation of a good friend. The dispatch was friendly and courteous. I asked for a flat bed tow, as my car manufacturer recommended in their manual. I was told that they can be at my location in 15 mins. I agreed, but lo and behold, their truck arrived in 7! Very impressed! Kudos to Pacific Towing

This is the towing agency for Anaheim. The staff varies, and many are friendly and helpful. One was a complete jerk. The young lady who guided me to my totaled vehicle was very kind and helpful.
