They're very slow it will take anywhere from three to five hours to get unloaded there on a regular basis

The staff that work here. All are nice & helpful.
Got in at my appointment time & was out about an hr later. This place is very busy so it takes them a minute to do their job.
PARKING.the guard will call u in after a certain time & he'll let u sleep in a door or the backot.

Very dirty lot with pot holes everywhere. You have rail trailer drivers in here driving all crazy in and out the lot all day. Make sure to have a lumper check ready because they want that right away. The doors here to get into are really tight so make sure to GOAL your message. There is know over night parking here so be sure to find a safe haven to park. Employees here are pretty laid back if u catch them on the right day lol.

I mean I know I'm in Oakland but damn you don't have to be soooo damn ghetto. 4 hours to get a door and 3 hours to unload, while your reefer is blasting on full but the guy is just sitting there talking saying that he's counting the product. The only reason there is even a star in this rating is because of the guard/guy at the front gate is really cool.

Had a 10 appointment I showed up at 11 I called ahead and they said it's okay I got lost and they gave me good directions

A driver should avoid having a wash and detail before delivering to this property; However, you will find the efficiency and smooth flow of this operation a pleasure.

First time there to deliver was easy to get into lot to check in with guard, but dirt lot is not level and the HUGE DIPS AND HOLES Will swallow your truck.be very careful

No overnight parking. Expect to sleep on the road if you're a driver. Security guard doesn't speak good English so having him repeat himself he gets very hostile, super tight area to back a semi truck. But alw aus a accomplishment when you do.

Been here to unload several times. Never had long wait to get to dock. Dock space is tight but they unload fairly quickly. No parking before/after appointments meaning you have to take your chance with street parking near the port.

No onsite parking. Join the line out in the road to get inside. Expect a very long wait and extremely unfriendly workers.

2 hours to get in from street, and now been waiting 5hours past my apointment time, still waiting for door.come here if you like to waste time

The gate is friendly and helpful the office people where so so. Got there 0530 gate opens at 0300 office opens at 0700 didn't get unloaded until 1700

The office staff and gate are polite. But man it took at least 5 hours to get unloaded. We're only up to 5, so can't really say how much longer. The guy in the office said I may not even have to wait until my appt time. And that was 4 hours ago.
