My reefer unit was leaking fuel. I left after they finished repairing it. I arrived at the receiver in Colton, CA a few hours later & the reefer unit was leaking fuel badly. The fuel filter was loose & eventually fell off causing the engine to stall. I wasn’t allowed onto the customer’s property because of the fuel leak & the appt.had to be rescheduled for 7 days later. Fortunately, there was a Carrier shop nearby that was still open or I would’ve lost the frozen load.

Best repair shop that I have ever been to, Mat the technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything about what he was doing, great place to have repairs done

P. T. R Mattew is extremely rude and disrespectful employee working at the Transcold carrier. First he told me to fill out the paperwork then he threw away the paperwork. The only reason I bring the trailer to carrier because it’s under warranty. I hope upper management sees this review and Re-train there employee. This is unacceptable behavior. I am a company owner. If my employee talk to a costumer this way I fire them on the spot. I hope this helps

Their service and repair people are great. We've been there several times for repair work on our trailer and they fixed the problem.
