Worst security company. Owner Cristiano Jose Lopes is a wannabe cop who goes on power trips and lets his emotions get the best of him. Today he attempted to perform an illegal wellness check and forced his way into my unit, and also kicked the door into my younger sibling. He has an attitude problem and little-man syndrome. This company is extremely unprofessional and is full of security guards who had improper training and a lack of common sense. Chris hires anyone who is dumb enough to not question his corruption. Police report was filed. Complaints were filed with BSIS, BBB, and Department of Consumer Affairs.

You can submit your complaints through BSIS (The Bureau of Security and Investigative Services) They regulate private security services.

If it is true that they don't have guard cards, you need to call the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) or go online and report it. They have to have a guard card if working as a security guard. If you feel you have been miss treated by a security guard. You need dates, times and if any witnesses, get their name, then you go online and file a complaint with the Department of Consumer affairs, they will investigate. In my opinion, you are wasting your time if you go through the company. If you don't have access to a computer.then you can go to a public library ang use their computers.
