Overall bad experience, wait times were ridiculously long each time I went, between 1-2 hours. Once I had an appointment at 1pm and didn’t leave the clinic till 5pm! Even if I got to my appointment 15 minutes prior staff would let everyone else go in and I would go in last. Not sure why I was treated this way …So unfortunate especially that it’s under HOAG and its good “reputation” of service ……had to switch to a new OB in a different area. Best decision ever made.

Do not go to this clinic. I've never been treated with such disregard and disrespect. Unless you enjoy having someone hang up on you when you need help. Unprofessional, abysmal service. I'm in disbelief.

This is for the appointment clerk who helped me, her name was Ariana. I am a first time mom and am very overwhelmed. She helped me reschedule my appointments and was very sensitive about the situation when i told her work was very strict about taking time off and I could only make it certain days. I was trying to reschedule the day before but i was talked too by a very very very rude and heartless woman on the other line and basically flat out told me "I AM ALREADY GIVING YOU THE DATES WE HAVE! " She didn't even asnwer my question if i could go pass the 8to10wk mark due to work constraints. I told Ariana that this lady made me cry because I was already brain scattered and the lady was not helping. I started to cry on the phone and told that lady I'd call back. She said have a great day! (MY AUNT FANNY!). How can i have a great day when she was so rude on the phone. Needless to say Ariana fixed all my appointments today for me and for that i am forever grateful.

P.s. Please let your patients know that from 730 to 830am is only for emergency calls and that the office doesn't actually open till 830am

As a suggestion, have a human answer the phone. The website "request an appointment " isn't monitored. New to the area and disappointed by lack of response, could that mean the care is just as poor?

This review is long overdue. Dr. Lisa Karamardian has been my doctor for over 6 years. She delivered my first son by emergency C-section 5 years ago, she’s performed two d&c surgeries for two miscarriages, helped me through my infertility issues, and recently (1 month ago) she delivered my rainbow baby (my 2nd son) by planned C-section. I’ve been on an emotional rollercoaster for years and she’s been there by my side to help me through it all. Here is what I love about her: She is smart, experienced, honest, direct, she recommends the best solutions, she is well connected in her medical field, and most importantly, she is an EXCELLENT surgeon. I had zero complications with all of my pregnancies and surgeries, and the care that I received from her and her medical staff always exceeded my expectations. I will continue to go to her for all of my OBGyn needs and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great OBGyn.

This place is awful. Waiting 10-15 minutes for patients to even answer the phone is unacceptable. Do better.

Currently overrun and understaffed and that’s not my problem. Waited in the waiting room for 40 mins and now going on 20 mins (and counting) in the room that I’m honestly thinking they just stuck me in to shut me up.just need to push out this baby and then I’m off to find another OBGYN

I wish I read the reviews before scheduling. Thankfully I checked and decided to cancel my appointment due to the most recent reviews. However, I left a voicemail to cancel my appointment (because no one was answering) and no one has gotten back to confirm that they have canceled it. Still getting confirmation texts of the appointment. How can you run a practice when no one can get a hold of you and no one follows up?

Dr Lisa Worsch is a nightmare! She used be practice here. The worst dr that ever lived. A liar and does not know medicine. Thank God I went and got a second opinion. She is horrible!

I have been seeing my doctor at this office for over 18 years! She is wonderful but the billing department and office manager, Andy, are horrible. I received a bill that was from 2020 in 2022! Over 2 years after my annual appointment. I was told that they had been "fighting" with my insurance for 2 years to get the bill paid. I spoke to my insurance and they had denied it right away in 2020 because they needed a referral from my primary, which could have been remedied, if I had found out about it 2 years ago! I have left numerous messages and voice mails for Andy, and have not heard anything back. I did get a call from someone in billing that said, if I don't pay, it will be sent to collections! Unbelievable!
