Pacifica Pizza

Can eat better pizza in other places, all time i order a pizza to deliver is cold and they charge you too much to add some toppings like chicken and if you order 3 pizza they charge you 2 dollar delivery for each pizza (why i have to pay 6 dollars when the others charge u just one time?)
EDIT 2023: the quality improved but the reduced the size of the pizza (like large now is smaller than before) and toppings are less. A thing I never understand whoever are the girls answer the phone they are ALWAYS RUDE and try to get rid of your call as soon as they can. Probably the worst customer service in town.

3 year update: still my go to pizza spot in town always the best staff and food. Highly recommend their cheese bread

Love the pizza and their prices. Things that suck here are that they charge for peppers and cheese, don't have ranch, and sometimes the front staff can be rude.

We’ve been coming to Pacifica pizza for some time now and the time we had an issue with the pizza it was very disappointing. We threw the super burnt pieces out which was about half the pizza and because of that we were offered a $5 credit for the 2 pizzas they burnt. Very disappointing and will no longer be supporting this establishment

Called at 5: 00 PM and was informed to be put on hold and then was hanged up on. Called again and lady was rude. Do not recommend due to poor customer service.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and when asked for my address, the girl was very rude and sounded bothered that she had to be at work, I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying before the rude gives me my total and rushes me, when I said wait I want to add ranch she gave me attitude about it. Horrible customer service.

Time to get new workers, every time I call they either never answer or when they do they put me on hold and hang up on me. I called back and the same girl answered rudely. Sounding upset that she had to do her job while taking my order. No “hello”, just “pick up or delivery” “name” then hung up after telling her the order. Date is Friday June 16,2023. I called at 5: 18pm, the manager should see who answered and have a talk with them

Customer service is rude, i couldnt hear what she asked and i asked her to repeat she snapped then told me my pizza delivery wait time was 2 hours, so i had a friend call to place an order and her wait time was 45 minutes

I have been buying at this place for the past 13 years, and pizza is always delicious. Actually their pizzas got better these past months which makes the pizza one of the greatest. You have to try it yourself. The price is right for it's great quality, compared to other pizzas in town. The Pacifica salad is always fresh. I don't know why the negative reviews possibly the other pizza competitors trying to make them look bad. If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people on the phones taking orders, and inside the store etc? There wouldn't be 15 employees working at the same time. People must understand that this says that the place has so much demand because its good!

Don’t come here if you like customer service. Long hold times over the phone with rude employees and long wait times after scheduled pick-up is the norm. Not discouraged by this due to their great pizzas, price, and popularity. However, dealing with inept young people with very poor customer service skills gets old pretty quickly. After repeated order mistakes and delays with no sympathy or remorse, it’s time for me to order elsewhere where good manners and professionalism are valued.

The pizza is always delicious but there is one gal who answers the phone there and is completely rude. Customer service is not their strong suit so if customer service is a must for you don’t bother going here. You’ll be immediately disappointed.

Great pizza, didn't have to wait long. Delivery person Rickey was nice, happy, and respectful.

Very bad service, they hang up on you, they don't wait for you to say the complete order and the wings are super dry and tasteless, I won't be back.

This was my first time using Pacifica Pizza. I almost didn't because of some of the negative comments, but I'm glad I did. The staff was very friendly, the prices were great, and everything was ready as scheduled. I will definitely use them again.
