Pack and Bianes Vision Care Optometry

My last two experiences with this location have been negative, while dealing with warranty & repair requests, which I have graded as poorly handled by customer service combined with lack of support and unresponsive management team.

Doctor John has been always so professional and nice talk to him as he is as supportive and cordial as he can be. I am so glad I am under his care.
Now, Juan Quezada person that helps you to pick and advise for you to select your new eyewear was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on what could be a nice pair of glasses for you to be content with your decision. Very professional, cordial and respectful. I am so happy that all the staff at this place is so nice and welcoming. Kuddos to Juan Quezada.

The people that work here are so attentive and considerate.

Jordan went out of his way to schedule an immediate eye exam as well as perform a pre exam for me. The equipment was as innovative as it was foreign, so he and the main optometrist made sure to take extra care for the operations.

Cassandra and Elias were also accommodating for me. Elias was closing me out with the payment and provided me many options and information up front to clear bases.

Dr. Trajano was incredibly professional while personable. It gives me much assurance that someone cares for their patients as much as this doctor.

I loved the way she facilitated the eye exam as well. The flow was nice, lax, and still efficient. Show some love to these people cause they really care! Thanks again.

Fave time of the year for sure. The staff at Pack and Baines is above and beyond Top Notch. Wouldn't trust my Familys vision to anyone else's. For the ultimate in vision care u guys are the bar for sure.much love the Tanja family.

Dr. Pack is extremely thorough, dedicated and professional. His easy going demeanor makes the examination process that much better. The only downside is the actual pricing of lenses and glasses is very high.

I have been using Pack & Bianes Vision Care services for many years now. I am extremely happy with their services they provide. Everyone in the office is so helpful from start to finish of my appointments. I do not see me moving to another Vision Care service in the future. Thank you to the whole staff of Pack &Bianes!
