I called in to ask if they had some gear in stock—- rather than selling me something I wouldn’t be happy with, Chris spent 15 minutes giving me advice on SUP, wing, and prone foiling, steering me in a better direction for my background and goals.

I bought a paddle board. But was shocked at how rude and disrespectful Chuck was to me! You should just shop else where.

We came in as a family looking for a paddle board. Owner was extremely rude. We took our cash somewhere else where they know how to handle customers.

I don't ever write reviews but this owner was so over the top rude to us I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING!

Stay away!

Chuck is super nice, let us rent the board before opening. Told us where to go, the best peak etc highly recommended!

Mark the owner gives outstanding service.i had an issue with my purchase and He went out of his way to quickly and completely correct the issue. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are the best. Extremely helpful and answered all of my novice questions in detail without any of the condescension of normal surf shops. Really happy with my board as it is exactly as they explained it would be. Customer service at it's finest.

These guys are awesome. They have great knowledge of all boards and they sell only the best. Chris and Mark know their stuff. I’m a customer for life.

Went here to buy a SUP had cash in my pocket and had researched their inventory extensively. Salesman was very condescending constantly telling me what “I needed and didn’t need” and obviously profiled me because I am a woman. I tried twice to tell him what I wanted and he repeatedly tried to sell me 2k dollar boards or big clunky lake type boards that I told him I didn’t want. As soon as another customer came in he immediately stopped talking to me. If you are a guy and have 2k to buy a board or don’t mind being treated like a kindergartner go here. Otherwise don’t waste your time with this place.
