My wife and I came across their wines via Wine Merchant at the Paso Robles Market Walk. After an amazing bottle we decided to visit the tasting room. Tasting room is well located off of Vineyard Drive. It has a naturally beautiful setting with plenty of patio seating. The staff and Ryan were wonderful and their wines are amazing. We could not resist joining their wine club. If you are looking for a casual and scenic wine tasting experience that offers stellar wines, I highly recommend you visit Paix Sur Terre. You will not be disappointed!

Some of the best wine in this region! Ashton is incredibly knowledgeable. Loved, loved, loved this experience!

This was a last minute add as our AirBnB had recommended it and it was on our way. This was one of the most chill wineries we went to and the perfect cap to our Paso trip. The property is hidden away and we felt like it was all just for us. The tasting came with a great explanation of each wine, the grapes etc. Plus they work with an Oakland artist who has designed labels for every bottle and they are super unique! The wines were good but not really out style, but I would still recommend you check this place out!

Nice small tasting room and like most wineries around beautiful view. Vionier is excellent and they are mostly Movedre which are good.

The wines were well made, and the customer service was excellent. These are more elegant and single varietal wines.

This winery came with high expectations as it had been recommended to me by some friends. It did not disappoint! The picpoul blanc was so delicious and being a Mourvèdre lover, this was exactly where I wanted to be. I had some suspicion about the wine names being named after Grateful Dead songs but when it was confirmed, I immediately knew I needed to sign up for the membership. Unfortunately, the winemaker wasn’t in town, but the staff that served were knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t wait to meet the winemaker and talk about Grateful Dead over some fantastic wine.

This is one of my favorite wineries and as a local, I've been to a lot of them.

Everything is delicious and unique. Ryan and Nicole are the best and so is their crew. Cheers!

Let's face it, everyone has room for improvement, and Paix Sur Terre is not A-1. Lacking ambience, quality wine, and service; this visit was one of my most disappointing in Paso Robles. I would never come back here again.

Great attention to detail. Wonderful wines and great conversation about the winery and history of the area. Do not miss this gem!

The best of the wineries we visited in Paso Robles. Still not as good as Napa/Sonoma, though.

What a great tasting experience - the outdoor patio was beautiful. Everything is spaced out for social distancing, with enough of a breeze to enjoy but glass walls to keep it from being gusty. The patio overlooks rolling hills and the sunset view is amazing. There are also random sheep and horses in the fields to complete the ambience.

The host Jordan was very knowledgeable about the wines and also casual and fun. He gave us a lot of info about the area, wine shops we should try, and background on the philosophy and history of the vineyard.

The wine was delicious. I am a casual wine drinker so others would describe it better. But I particularly liked the Shiraz. The tasting was $20 and comped with a purchase of 2 bottles, which we definitely did.

Overall, a great vineyard for a quick tasting or aficionados looking for some unique wines.

Beautiful outdoor tasting on the deck under the trees. The people are very friendly and knowledgable. The wine are very good and reasonably priced. They are also different varietals which is great

These wines are small batch, delicious and thoughtful. They make wines that allow the grape to shine. Easy to drink and to share with others. My favorite Paso whites for sure. The location of their tasting room is magical!
