My first time there, and absolutely fell in love with the place! It's private, clean, well maintained, and very quiet! I will definitely be staying there again, and again.

After hours security, extremely rude. Needing education on customer care.

Great place for families! Expensive (starting at $500/night) and most condos have pretty tired decor but the beach access is amazingly convenient!

My husband and I took our two daughters from Sunday to Wednesday and we had a fabulous time! We were literally steps from the beach and the kids loved how much time they could spend playing in the sand with so much privacy. We rented a 2 bedroom, and it was perfect for us. A great trip, and we would be happy to come back!

We've stayed here multiple times in different spots. Consistent is extra blankets and pillows, washer and dryer, coffee pots, silverware, sand toys. Fridge, dishwasher, iron.

People ride their bikes on the beach, walk and beach comb. Little kids run around on the sand- but no swimming the water is ice cold and undertow ECT. Bonfire's are a thing (bring wood). Most places have wood burning fireplaces that are unusable. The potties clog up a bit, so be smart. The units may be older in origin but many are "fixed up".

Every owner has a small list of separate rules whether it be using the barbecue, curtains or the common theme of "Don't track your sand all over my house"

The pluses include the gated community, And a place right on the beach. Most of the local hotels are beachside but don't have access to a beach, or it's a public beach.

This place is very quiet and away from the loud city noises, people who live here enjoy the tranquility of the ocean most people here are retired people who just want to have a simple life near the ocean, i would love to live here if I was rich and had a business that would give me royalties.

Full disclosure, my wife’s family has owned a unit here since they were built in the 70’s. They sometimes rent it out and occasionally we stay here as opportunity permits.

That being said, I can see why my wife loves coming here. It’s so peaceful and tranquil; coming here connects us to the ocean, with its briny smells and relaxing crash of the waves as we fall asleep with the sliding glass doors open.

This place has a specialness to it. It’s old school but in a great way. We put a log in the fireplace, sip our hot chocolate, and just relax. There’s something so genuine here that can’t be matched by more modern resorts.

I feel like this place would be good for someone who has gone through a difficult time and needs to heal. Maybe they’re just tired and need to recharge. You feel a connection here with the air, the sea, the sand…this place brings you back to elemental nature.

We love it here and I think that whoever comes here will feel that nostalgia. Come here to experience life by the ocean; fly a kite, build a sand castle, walk on the nature paths, feed the ducks, listen to the waves crashing on the shore as you fall asleep. The sunsets deserve a mug of hot chocolate, a sweatshirt, and a blanket.

Come here if you need a rest, to get a break from the hustle and bustle of life. You won’t regret it.

Loved it, un crowded beach with very nice rentals ($$$$ gated).
Best family weekend ever, swam a couple of miles, flew kites, built sandcastles and terrific for long walks.

We had to vacate a day early due to a problem with our condo. The beach is wonderful I wish we didn't have to leave early.

Who knew the Watsonville area was so nice. Every building in the condo complex has access to a really nice beach. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Very peaceful collection of rental houses and condo units. The resort itself doesn’t have much in the way of amenities (there’s a tennis court and a gift shop), but the homes are great and right on the beach. Lots of the units have either a partial or full ocean view. And you can’t beat walking outside right onto the beach. Be sure to stock up your kitchen so you don’t have to go out for dinner (15 min drive to the nearest restaurant).

Awesome resorts. Easy checkout. On the beach. The house was clean with all amenities. View is awesome. Quick easy access to the beach, like it was just a private beach.
