Lucky machines, clean bathrooms, nice rooms, pretty pool area bit closes really early. Staff is generous with free play amd are friendly. No resturaunts open really after 2am. I've won alot of $$ here. Great live bands usually. Fun crowd. Good variety in games and lots of tables.i recommend totally. It's fun.

It's a nice casino. I only spent an hour there. Not a lot of people there so there were plenty of available machines. First time there so I was given $20 in complimentary free play & free spins on a tournament machine. Didn't eat. They do have free non alcohol refreshments. Staff was super nice. Will give them another try sometime.

Love it here! Great place to relax for a few days and win some money, or at least have fun trying. Most of the staff is always very friendly (see below for the exception) and the comps and free play offers are some of the best around. This resort is one of the cleanest and best maintained in Southern California. The rooms are spacious, modern and well kept. The security staff are all very professional yet friendly and they make the entire property feel very safe and worry free. While they have a good variety of dining options available most of the day, there are a few hours each weeknight where there is absolutly nothing at all open. And the breakfast choices are very minimal. The Cafe also will not allow to-go orders, making breakfast even more challenging here. This is due in large part to Covid-19, but nonetheless, it feels like it's a good time to start to get back to normal. Breakfast in my room is so much better. The average cost for food at Pala is slightly less then other similar resorts in the area. But they also have fewer quick service options.

The one major complaint I have is with the night crew that changes out the ticket collectors on the machines, as well as the security staff that accompany them. I have, on five separate occasions, been unfortunate enough to run into them during my trip. And each time, I'm left wondering what the hell just happened. They remind me of a prison chain gang, just not as well mannered. They storm over to wherever their next target is, and they are so loud, always slamming anyhting they can find, screaming and yelling, and each time there's always a group of them standing off to the side having a profanity-laced conversation about another guest or whatever happens to be the topic of the day. They don't even lower their voices or stop the profanity when another guest walks by. And it's not just a one-off, it has happened three of the five times that I have seen them go through. On another trip I was in the high-limit area waiting for payment on a jackpot I had just won, and then out of nowhere, here comes the Chain Gang screaming and like drill Sergeant's, they came up to me and made me get up and leave my machine, so they could go through and change out their collectors. They didn't ask, they told me to get up and leave, It was the most bizarre thing I think I've seen at a casino. And on yet another trip, they had a large section of machines closed off. Not with rope or anything, just with their eyes. Right in the middle of walkways and down the main aisles. Anytime a guest would walk down walkway like normal and then enter into the area they would scream and yell so loud, it was like there was an emergency. This crew is quiet immature and very unprofessional. To be clear, this is only concerning the crew that swaps out the machine tickets/cash collectors each night. All the other staff is wonderful and very outgoing and friendly.

I haven't been to Pala Casino over 3 years. Its changed quit a bit. The venue where there were many memorable Free concerts are No more. The venue is not there. The small pastry place is still there. However there were No delicious cakes. They're weren't an delicious cakes that day.
I sure wouldn't like to eat there
It smells so much of smoke. I don't want to smell or taste smoke while I eat. Lots has changed. Come see for yourself.

This place is awesome, I really don't frequent casinos because I'm not much of a gambler. But not only did I have a great time, I won big, and I met who will hopefully turn out to be my wife some day. All in all I definitely will drive past that pechanga and go to Pala.

My wife and I have been coming to this casino for years and we have stayed at the casino's RV resort several times. We still enjoy coming here but it's no longer our favorite. Rv resort sites are pretty pricy and continue to go up. The casino has less seating. The only place to sit and enjoy a drink is the main bar where the band plays, which seats are limited. The chairs and tables that were once by the mid bar are gone and the only other place to sit to enjoy a drink is way in the back, near the doors that lead to the pool. However, in order to sit there you have to buy a drink. I see more people sitting in front of a slot machine and not playing. Again, probably because not enough seats. No more buffet (buffet was my favorite), no more money or car give away. I can't get my friends to come to Pala because they say there is no place to sit unless you are eating. Pala is just not the same anymore. Hope the old Pala Casino comes back because we used to really enjoy it.

Love Pala Casino 2021 has been my year in JACKPOT payouts. I really wish we gould pay our taxes up-front instead of Filing at the end of the year.

#1 thing that I miss is their buffet. CHOICES is one of my favorite places to go eat.

OMG the cigarette smoke is terrible. Came here early for a concert and was going to dine here but really didn't enjoy the meal cause of the smoke smell wafting In. Yuck! I smelled like an ash try afterwards.

Part 2-I left a review about a month ago regarding an issue with a gift card and my stay in the hotel. I'm happy to say it was "looked into" and remedied with a comped room on August 29th which I appreciated. Thank you Pala.

Pala casinos friendly clean it has plenty to see and do. They always have the latest in gaming machines as well as table games. Although smoking is allowed on the premises it does not permit through the whole establishment. There are plenty of eateries to suit any pallet. Oh! They have live entertainment. Definitely good-looking if you're looking for something local just to get away for a while and cut loose.

Friendly staff but lots of things closed during covid and I think maybe not too many staff available.the exercise room is closed.the hours on the pool is a little limited. I think like eight or nine to 5: 00 p.m. No room service.looks like good live music though.there are also security checking your ID and hotel room key every time you go in and out of the elevators

An excellent experience. Our hotel stay was very nice, plus several swimming options in a nice area. The Bar/ Grill was yummy with great service. The casino was fine with a large area for non- smokers. For a fun time, Pala Casino was a great choice for us.

Room was excellent. Limited dining options was a downside. Staff very friendly. Casino was as expected, thankful for no smoking section. Go to the mini Mart for economical snacks, meals, coffee. Pool closure at 5pm a bummer.

Where are the servers when you need one? Getting a beverage is almost impossible. I met an older woman there in a wheel chair, she was almost in tears, she told me she had been there all night with NOTHING to drink, not one sip of water. She was so thirsty. She told me that in the rare event that a server would walk by her, they walked by so quickly and didn't even pay attention to her. Get more wait staff. And make sure they ask everyone in their area if they would like a beverage. It's your job.

I have been visiting Pala since it opened and from what I am told from the Promotions and Reservation staff is that it was re-opened back in March of 2021. Unfortunately, there is no consistency in play and points and/or benefits earned it changes week to week, month to month and without transparency or any type of measure gage. I do find this to be abusive as I can't even be told how many points I earned and/or how many are needed to get to the next level. This seems very dishonest to all of your members with players cards.
I understand COVID has made it difficult for everyone and this includes all players who support your casino.
