If I can give zero stars, I would. DO NOT COME HERE WITH ANYTHING DESIGNER. Actually, anything AT ALL. I took my essential sweater to get dry cleaned, long story short they couldn't "find" my sweater for 2 months. I was going back n forth with the owner about issuing me a full refund because I literally had just bought that sweater and had it for a week before I took it to get dry cleaned. After all the back n forth, FOR TWO MONTHS she finally gave me a full refund. Walking in, I'd always see police uniforms already dry cleaned, bet they won't lose those uniforms. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I never leave reviews but this one, I had to. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DRY CLEANING
