2I loved vacationing in this hotel. The amenities and areas are super comfortable and beautiful. My only issue while I was there was the pool area, it's beautiful don't get me wrong but there were guests who no matter who was in the area having s*x, so my husband and I left the place. The hotel staff offered phenomenal service, but in this case, no one intervened.
The Palace Hotel is managed and staffed with the most attentive and helpful staff. The manager, Mike O'Sullivan went out of his way to make my experience there nothing short of great.
I was staying for a large convention and unfortunately my room was not ready. This was due to the high turnover form the previous convention. Mike quickly jump into action and gave me a temporary room for one night, then upgraded me for the remainder of my stay, in a large suite. I have never stayed in such a well kept and expansive suite. This experience was nothing short of relaxing and elegant.
I appreciated the cleanliness and ambience of this hotel and the rooms. I will definitely stay here again.
