It was the best apartment community we've lived in so far. Great amenities and my kids really enjoyed the playground and swimming pool. The staff are also great.

Awful community to live in. For starters our ring camera has never been fixed. Work orders take forever to be looked at and even then they always say they will come back and never do. Our cars have been broken into quite a few times and management just don’t do anything. Prices keep going up even the trash bill doubled with no explanation. Can’t wait to get out of this place.

The maintenance team is awesome! Friendly, and always there to get the job done. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Great apartment complex. Very safe. Maintenance team is good. Leasing office is very friendly and professional.

Parking can be a bit tough occasionally due to the limited parking spots, but this is common for most apartments.

All in all i’d say this is one of the best locations in Corona forsure.

Love living here! Staff has always been polite. However, the new exterior color is ugly. The previous color (off white) gave the apartments a luxe look even slight Mediterranean. This new color is depressing, it removed the aesthetics. Also, it would be nice if they put a sign on the main entrance for cars to keep right. On several occasions there are cars entering the premises on the exit side while speeding as myself and other vehicles are attempting to exit. Specifically in the last month there is a dark grey SUV that has nearly hit me head off and all she does is laugh while flipping people off.

As a local member of the community and viewer of all things related to local camera security I can tell you stay away from this place. Unless you like your belongings stolen or apartment broken into. Riff raff are permitted here.

The maintenance crew is great! Always informative, and super quick with following up.
