Palka Narang, DDS, San Jose CA

I scheduled an appointment for 12/18 two weeks ago and I get a call last week that she can’t see me and I need to reschedule. I rescheduled for 12/20 at 3: 00 and I get a call an 1 hour before that she can’t see me till after new years. Just wasted my time and she is totally unprofessional. Switching dentists.

The Dr is so nice, but his secretary is rude, I'm sure if he had different staff it would be the right place

Doctor Palka is awesome. I had a root canal and crown done with her and 9 fillings. She is very kind, patient and professional. She has become our dentist of choice now. My kids 11 and 15 have their regular check up and cleaning here as well. My son had 2 fillings done aswell and She took time to explain to my son the procedure so he wouldn't be afraid in a vert gentle way.

Everyone in this clinic is extremely professional and very very nice. So glad we found this practice. Highly recommended.

Just had one session, will be going for next sessions. She is very friendly like her receptionist.
