Palladio 16 Cinema reviews
18First time going to this theatre and I must say it's pretty nice. Before you enter the theatre it shows quite a cool looking entrance. As you enter the front of the theater considering it's still covid I guess you don't pay outside anymore like you used to at any other theater so you just walk in, pay inside, get your ticket and then they'll let you know what room to go. The electric reclining seats they have are pretty comfy but if you using it while sitting all the way in the back of the room you probably won't get to see a little bit of the bottom of the screen especially if you're trying to read the subtitles because of the top part of the seats in front of you is blocking your vision a little but other than that it was a nice experience and would come back again in the near future. Oh another thing I wanna add about is the food and drinks they're a little pricey like any other theater. Got me a small regular water cup size of long Island iced tea for 10 bucks, it's kinda pricey but it tastes pretty decent and had a decent amount of alcohol in it that lasted me a little more than halfway through the movie I was watching
Always clean and tidy in the lobby, theater and restrooms. Concessions are on the high side, and the seats do not recline, but they are padded and spacious - not your ordinary theater seats. Movies on Tuesdays are only $5, which is a great deal.
Used to go to this theater on occasion before covid. Watched a movie in theaters for the first time in almost two years here this week. How is it possible that this place is MORE filthy after a pandemic than before? The seats and tables were sticky, there was gum on the floor, there were food crumbs everywhere, there were greasy smears on the seats, the bathrooms were disgusting. I mean, come on. This wouldn't be acceptable before covid, why is this ok now?
Haven't been to the movies since covid so it was nice to be in a movie again, although I could do with out the mask seeing how I'm fully vaccinated
Nice and clean with nice recliner type seat in the smaller theater which I really appreciate. Made the experience a lot more relaxing with a friend on Friday 2pm matinees showing. Nicer than others Cinema pre-pandemic past experiences in Sacramento county.
So this was my first time here. Clint and I saw F9 we went here because of those seats that move during the movie which by the way was pretty awesome. Popcorn was great. But Clint got sick. I got him a hot dog. Which was weird because we went to the first showing and there were no hot dogs on the roller. She got the hot dog from this silver box or maybe she was heating it up in there? Idk. We paid and were given our food. We went into the theater found our seats and he put the condiments on his hot dog.it was wrinkly then the lights turned down and movie started. Half way through the movie his stomach started acting up. After movie he was in restroom for a long time. Movie, popcorn, sodas were great! Don't get hot dogs if not on the roller!
Very disappointing! The popcorn tasted old and stale. The theater room was dirty…. Popcorn and trash everywhere even between the seats you could see popcorn stuck there. I couldn’t believe how the standards and quality went down. Very surprising. The bathroom had trash on the floor.
It used to be a clean theater but that drastically seemed to have changed.
Regular type of cinima. My minor complaint was the cocktails were weak, probably on purpose. However, the audio was cutting out during the movie. I guess these thing happen but that's was attributated to my 3 star rating.
Zola was really different, I thought the two main characters were funny and did great work. I kind of knew before going that the reviews seemed a bit too good to be true. I don’t think you should score such high marks for being different. You still should entertain, at least that’s how I see it. I’d give this 5.5 out of 10.
This Theater runs films at an extremely LOW BRIGHTNESS levels. So if your film uses natural lighting or has dark scenes in it, you won’t even be able to make out characters faces due to the fact that this theater PURPOSELY has the brightness extremely low and refuses to correct it when told multiple times of the problem. After walking out of THE GREEN KNIGHT and getting my money back, they said the brightness was set to the proper levels, I then showed them the trailer of the same film and the differences were NIGHT and DAY. You could see everyone’s faces perfectly and the colors of their clothes perfectly on my phone and the manger lied saying she saw no difference. THE MILLENNIALS THAT RUN THIS THEATER ARE A JOKE. I then went to the next showing of THE GREEN KNIGHT at Century Folsom 14 and the Movies brightness was PERFECT and extremely bright compared to this JOKE of a THEATER. If you want to ruin a great movie going experience with screens that are so dark you can’t even make out characters faces, than this is the theater for you. But if you don’t want to ruin every movie you see do yourself a favor and go to Eldorado Hills theater or Century Folsom 14.
I bought my tickets ahead of time on fandango and so getting in was a breeze: just walked up, scanned my barcode, and the attendant told me which theater we were in. Concessions were quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly. They serve alcoholic beverages which I didn't realize until we were there! I think the one downside was that we were seeing a movie that had been out for a while and I could definitely tell because the theater we were in was a little lower quality. I think I've been spoiled as I've been to theaters where the only difference in new movies and old movies is the size of the theater. Overall, definitely a nice place to watch a movie!
Kind of old school, which is not always a bad thing but it didn't have chips and stuff. Seats weren't too comfy. Otherwise was nice
I love to come here only thing is better snack food selection. But overall movie experience was wonderful. Love the reclining seats and the turn snack tables in front of you.
Has everything you would expect plus booze! Rum in your cherry slushie anyone lol? The theaters vary on sound systems and seating but they are all great. Streaming is cool but nothing beats the cinematic experience:)
Love the theater until we sat in our seats that seemed low and were low as the row of seats in front of us blocked the bottom of the screen. We are not short people, but even if we were all should have equal viewing experience. Design error.
Typically we really enjoy this theatre but tonight we sat in theatre 14 with no A/C! How can you not turn on the A/C when it’s a 100 degrees outside? We were expecting to cool off and watch a good movie but instead we were in a sweat box!
We have enjoyed this cinema for many years. We absolutely missed going during the "shutdown " We have been back several times since they've reopened and we haven't been disappointed!
Good theater, comfy seats, nice screens, but they really need to screen age of individuals befor letting viewers see a rated R films.kids should not be allowed to see things at a early age that's why they have age requirements in the film industry. Being accompanied by irresponsible parents shouldn't be a pass to let ages 5-9 to join them. By the theater
