LOVE THIS PLACE! Girls know what they're talking about. They have the whole tanning system/stages down. When I first started my membership it happen to be when a special was going on so when summer came and I was tannin up all "natural" they advise me to put it on hold so I got charged $7? A month but it kept me from paying $20 extra (normal prices) each month. Went right back to the original "special" price.great concept.

This is such a nice place. Always clean and cool inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is hands down the best tanning salon as you membership allows you to tan at any of the locations. My job has me traveling all over so this is very convenient for me. Love this place!

The wait time here is ridiculous. It’s been 4 times in a week where I’ve come in to tan, and the front desk attendant is signing someone up, or explains spray tan/creating a color or just talking about random things (eyebrows and nails right now?). It takes 30 seconds to check me in, and then you can continue your conversation.

I hate to complain, but this is a reoccurring issue.

Love this place and the girls are awesome! I see everyone complaining about having to wait. Being in retail and knowing how hard it is to find help in these times, people need to learn to be patient and understanding! These ladies are always smiling and super sweet regardless of how busy they are.

Let’s get real… this is the place! All good vibes. 5 to Destiny & Kayley for providing authentic & genuine service. They went out of their way to take care of their peeps. Sadly enough, it’s extremely difficult to fine these these days.

I will never go to this location at all. I left my $200 cream by accident on Sunday & realized they were already closed when I remembered so I called on Monday to let them know. The girl that answered my call stated she did not see any cream left behind. So I asked if they can have the manager call me back so I can let her know. I left the cream in the bathroom when I went in to wash my hands. All I’m asking is for the manager to call me back. Mind you I have been with them for years & pay the top package. When I purchased the cream I had 50 credit so I used that towards the cream I just bought like 3 weeks ago. All I would want is to credit me the 50 so I can purchase the cream again for 180. Just know there are sticky fingers there. There has been numerous of changes of staff so now I don’t feel comfortable at all. Never will I go there again.

I travel a great deal for my work. It's always helpful to find typical things in my life. PBT is a small thing that I allow myself. Yet to have an unpleasant experience. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming, the facility is always very clean, and their locations are always near other commercial needs. Thank you.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provide from the type of bed to the lotions for the individual. I have been to other salons but this one is by far the cleanest I have experienced.

Most of the staff is friendly. Some push the sales of the lotions way too hard.and the beds are not always cleaned very well. The bottom part is wiped down, but the buttons and the top where people's knees hit are never wiped. I always find oily fingerprints on the lid. I wish a picture could capture what I'm referring to. Unfortunately, it's not easy to take a picture of dirty fingerprints. ‍️

The young ladies that work there are so knowledgeable and nice. 1st time having a spray tan. Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for five years I paid $80 A month And recently with this last year I am continuously waiting While they sign of new Members. Sometimes It take up to 20 minutes. I understand Sales
For your Business or commission but you take care of your existing customers. It takes less than a minute to check us in today I brought my mom to sign up and we waited for 20 minutes with seven other girls in the room and eventually walked out. Stop pushing $120 lotion on people existing customers check us in and let us go honestly love the company but I’m tempted To move salons take care of your customers that are already paying first. (After those new people sign up they get stuck waiting just like the rest of us)

The girls here are always so pheasant and helpful and they always make great suggestions, thanks ladies
