This place is horrible. I went here with a work-place injury and they treat everyone like they're faking it. I injured my leg at work and they didn't even take an x-ray. The lead chiropractor is the one who treated me. Not a real doctor. Two weeks later they tried to discharge me and I still had severe pain and struggled to walk. I could not go back to the type of work I was doing so I was forced to get an attorney. They sent me to another doctor who took and x-ray and my tibia had a fracture all the way down. I had to have knee and bone surgery. If they just did their jobs, people wouldn't have to get attorneys and sue.

Lisa gave me above and beyond exemplary customer service. I’ll palm medical group made me feel like family. I highly recommend scheduling appointments for Covid tests or physical therapy you have an amazing experience. Thank you Lisa and palm medical group for an exceptional job well done.

Waited 1 hour and 20 mins and they finally got to us. Choose somewhere else, waste of time here.

Front Desk lady name Lisa (Lead), is rude. Calling in today to try to have the DOC prescribe me meds. And she transfer me to MA knowing that, the MA was busy. Lisa ended asking me to leave my name. I stopped her and told her that she was being very rude. She responded, "Like wise. " SHE continue to want to argue with me and I (the customer) had to stop her. If I had the choice I wouldn't even rate with 1 star. AND I usually don't do this too. Just FYI if you wanted to report her to a Supervisor, you couldnt because all the lines are connected to her. I couldn't even call to report her in to a Supervisor or Manager.

It’s great to feel welcomed in open arms by generous professional staff while in distress. Good hearted people helping out for a better tomorrow.
