Palm Springs Cyclery

I'm new to the Trek world and have been thinking about the Trek concept triathlon bike for a while. Currently, I've been racing with a Specialized Tarmac for the past 6 years. The PS Cyclery team has played a huge factor in their service and relationship over the past few years in making my bike run smoothly. With the store now being a Trek concept store, it was only natural for me to talk with Wendy and her team about upgrading to a Speed Concept SLR 7 AXS. Its been off to a great start so far with getting my new bike "Disco" up and running. I'm looking forward to building a relationship with Wendy and the Trek team.

First and foremost I would like to say that out if all trek store I’ve been to thee trek store in Palm Springs on Palm canyon rd is by far thee best one I’ve been to. Their staff is just absolutely incredible. And they’ve treated me like family every time I’ve been in there. So when you read this be sure to go there just to feel the family vibe so thank you Riley + Wendy + Scott+Mitchell and gabe. You lady and gents are amazing

The staff at TBPS is very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They helped me select the right bike and outfit it with all the right accessories with busting my budget.

Hands down the best bike shop in town (and most likely in the whole valley). The staff is amazing: they are always available, full of patience, you are taken care of from the moment you step into the shop until you are done and as the bike gets fixed they even share with you hike or road tips or suggest where to go to get a nice beer around the town. A hundred percent recommended. Congratulations.

Our new Trek store in Palm Springs has provided fast and friendly service on my two Trek bicycles. Both were needing full tune-ups and both came out of the store looking and riding like new!

I'm just looking for a regular trek mountain bike, NOT electric! Do they exsist and where, apparently not at this store.

By far the best bicycle store in PS! Scott and the crew are amazing. Im one of those bike owners who would rather have help than me fixing it myself and Scott is most excellent. The customer service is outstanding! I love my bike!

I have purchased 3 bikes from Palm Springs Cyclery over that last few years. I have also had several upgrades and repairs done, and each and every visit there has been a great experience. I am always impressed with not just their knowledge but their consistent high level of customer service.

If you want it done right or if you want to select what works for you This is the only shop in Palm Springs I would even consider.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Yesterday David noticed that my helmet was old and brittle and therefore no longer safe. That kind of concern for the customer is outstanding in my book.
