Brooke has done a great job helping our puppy learn how to be a calmer and more confident dog. Her training style that emphasizes calmness and positivity were exactly what we wanted and needed for our anxious and nervous puppy. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of dog behavior. Her training had an immediate and lasting impact on our dog and his behavior. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to train their dog in a calm and caring environment.

Highly recommend Brooke and her company to train your dogs. She has vast experience with many breeds and behavior patterns. She took on all three of our cute but somewhat unruly dogs - 2 Puggles and 1 Dachshund. Brooke's motto of "No Pain To Train" should be adopted by everyone. Dogs don't need to be hit or yelled at to learn. It takes time on the owner's part to practice skills at home to fully train them. Brooke was so patient with our elderly and loud (VERY loud) barker dog. It's possible to teach old dogs new tricks when you use technique, patience and love. Brooke showed us how to work with them and how and when to reward them. We will continue to utilize her services and would refer anyone to this business. Brooke is amazing. We brought our 7 month old Samoyed Jada to her for her first class and Brooke proved why she is the best in the valley. She was able to diagnose our dogs anxiety and after training with our dog, she spent time teaching us how to work with our puppy when we take her home. Brooke was hands on, educational, and provided us with so many resources to help us out. She came highly recommended to me and she proved why. It was such a relief to find a dog trainer that uses positive reinforcement (no slip leads, choke chains, or e collars) to train our little pup. Brooke has been awesome. She is helping our little guy build confidence and we have seen a ton of progress so far. Brooke is very responsive via text and encourages us to reach out with questions and videos of how training is going at home. We are very thankful for Brooke’s love and compassion towards dogs. We know our little Pippin is in great care with Brooke.

Miss Meeka joined our family during covid and was lacking social skills. She was afraid of everybody and everything. After working with Brooke at Palm Springs Dog Training, she has come out of her shell, absolutely loves Brooke and enjoys going to “summer school” as we call it. She is loving and caring and has a method of helping them progress to a level of obedience with peace and confidence, not fear and discipline. Brooke is an amazing trainer. Her holistic approach, based on positive behavior reinforcement, not only produces obedient dogs, but HAPPY obedient dogs! Our pups love going to see Brooke for training, and come back exhausted, calm, and listen. Our Saint Bernard puppy is sweet but strong and rambunctious - he pulls me around when I walk him. We drop him off with Brooke for three hours, upon pick up she would have gotten a clear understanding of our dog’s personality, and taught him some obedience commands, socializing, and how to listen. And then Brooke teaches us how to enforce the behavior we want our puppy to do - by understanding his personality and behavior, and how to redirect bad behavior with the new commands and positive reinforcement.

This blue jeep wrangler with a Greenway badge and the palm springs dog trianing logo was speeding something fierce down my residential street as I was on my way to work with a dog black tan and white huskey in the back being thrown around. Wouldn't recommend them based on how they drive with animals in the vehicle and swerving while driving.

We started off early with Palm Springs Dog Training. Best move we made. He is almost 6 months and growing with support. Plus continue to learn more about my dog Thaiger and for him to learn my needs with Brooks help. Thanks Palm Springs Dog Training and Brooke Fagel. She has taught use so much.

My four dogs and I love and appreciate Brooke so much! They are a variety of breeds and mixes such as a chihuahua/ pit bull mix, a shih tzu, a havanese, and an Aussie/ pit bull mix. Such great energy while working with the dogs being calm and collected the entire time. Brooke even managed to ease some of my worries about my ability to handle their behavior. I always found my dogs to be pretty stubborn and mischievous but they behave so well for Brooke and have been a lot easier to manage since I learned how to work with them. Palm springs dog training also has a great youtube channel that has been so much help as well during the lock down. Recently got a new puppy and I am looking forward to have her meet Brooke soon!

You simply can't ask for a better trainer than Brooke! Our goof-ball Luna (3 year old, Husky- German Shepard mix) is a handful and a half. We'd already tried the Petco training, and sunk several weeks (and hundreds of dollars) only for the training not to stick. After everything, we were no farther along than when we had started. We were desperately looking for a way to contain and channel Luna's boundless energy and tendencies to leap off of our couches and all over any guest that walked into our home, especially because we have a newborn son. Without Brooke's help, I don't know what we would have done.

Brooke is so incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, she truly understands dogs and what they need. She was immediately able to connect with our Luna and teach us not just how to be better dog parents, but how to understand her behaviors and what Luna needed from us in order to succeed. We brought Luna to Brooke because we needed help with her impulse control, and have seen such a huge improvement. Prior to our sessions with Brooke, my husband was the only one who could walk Luna. (By walk I mean Luna tugged him down the street and he could barely manage her, and heaven help him if they encountered a cat or another dog on their walks). Now, I can comfortably and confidently walk her by myself, and it's something we both enjoy! Luna is just overall so much more well behaved! We're happily still working with Brooke, and with each session, Luna continues to grow and succeed as we learn together.

Brooke holds a special place in my little dog Rocket’s heart. He is a Shih Tzu and took to her training methods from the beginning. It’s been over 3 years since he did his first lessons with Brooke and the treat ball she created for his first lessons still gets taken out everyday, even if it’s just to put his head by it to sleep.
We recently returned for more lessons for Rocket to finish his service dog training. He loved it just as much this time around and has now become a fully registered dog with the United States Dog Registry.
