16My salesman, Joe Mesa, was great! I was unsure which vehicle I wanted but he was patient and listened to my concerns and desires in a vehicle. He was never pushy and we had fun test driving a couple options. During the negotiations, the finance manager, Raymund, did his job well to keep the numbers in their favor but also accommodate my concerns in monthly pricing and down payments. Overall, good experience and we will continue to direct friends and family to their lot (this is our third car from them so far). Thank you guys for helping me find Beastie, my 2020 Ford Edge Titanium.
When I took Driver's Ed in the 80s, the instructor had a Bronco Sport. I loved driving it, and from that point on, I knew I had to have one. 36 years later.after a year of supply chain delays and my own work and distance (I live an hour away) getting in the way, my sales angel, Joe Mesa, finally found the right truck in the right color and the right deal! Joe was so patient and wonderful. He's also been amazing with my follow up questions. I got my beautiful Cactus Grey Bronco Sport.and made a friend in the process.
Roy in sales is just “The Bee’s knee’s”, He was able to meet my budget needs as a single dad and even went out of his way to help me with my selection. Mike his manager was just as helpful, he gave me a range of options that met my budget needs and made everything a “Stress-Free” environment, He explained every plan and choice available to me. Lastly Adrian in finance help me finalize all my paperwork and explained the process to me in a manner that made me feel valued and respected. I’ve dealt with many dealerships and I am glad I was referred to this one. ‘Simply put they are a step above the rest and I will continue to do business with them and refer All my family and friends. Other dealerships should follow Palm Springs Motors example!
Horrible experience. The finance guys have no clue how to close a deal. They wanted a down payment, and had 10 banks run my credit. They said one thing and did another. When we went to walk they literally tried to keep us on the lot. When people start getting desperate that's your que to move on. Stay away from these clowns.
Worst service department ever! Absolutely horrible customer service. Took our truck in 3 times for recall quick fix. Service adviser never had the part in stock but still scheduled appts for us. The truck is still not repaired. Driver air bag.
Kinda important. We have spent at least 15 hrs of our time waiting, scheduling and driving to our appts to NO avail! They should be ashamed
Update.while the purchase experience with the rep was great, their ongoing service of the car has been horribly disappointing. Go elsewhere your time is not respected in the least. You've been warned.
Bought a 2022 lincoln nautilus in july from them.still new untitiled. Clarence Davis.was great to work with.very knowledgable.been in the business a long time.i basically bought the car there because of him.worked a reasonable deal.the car is a black label very nice twin turbo, leather, etc.the finance guy was a problem, but clarence straightened out.
Beware service advisors don’t always know what’s going on when it comes to recalls. Brought my car in a number of times and it’s still not done.
The service department is not worth bringing your vehicle to. I had a superduty that i brought in with audible issues, they sent it back out with nothing found because all they did was put it on a reader. There was a 1/8 wide inch crack in the exhaust manifold that needed to be fully replaced after it left me stranded in the middle of the country when it finally went critical. Later i purchased a jeep wrangler from this dealership that they have essentially refused to service despite upselling the warranty extension. Forget this place.
So all it all. It was a pretty good experience. Parts are hard to get in. And they're still looking to get part in. So I might have to go back again. But I know that's just how the economies movie right now. So wait for parts so I can get my truck finished up. But the service department parts department everybody work and together does a great job.

I have always had really good service in both buying 2 cars here and having service for 9 years on my cars for maintenance and repairs. We have been customers here since moving to the desert
Body shop did great work but whoever washed the outside and cleaned the inside must be a miracle worker my 2013 Fusion Hybrid was dirty they did a fabulous job I hate to drive it and get it dirty! Thank You for everything you did to make it look showroom new!
My recent experience at PALM SPRINGS MOTORS has been as good as in the past. I have come to trust PSM and they have not let me down. My service representative is Geoge Keith. If PSM doesn't know what a gem they have in this guy, then I don't know what. George is simply a great guy. He listens, has a great sense of humor and takes care of my every need as does the entire PSM staff. Again, I am well pleased with the services I have received.
I've always taken my car to the Ford dealership for service, and they've never let me down. They have kept me posted if they have found any issue, and I am well satisfied with my experience there.
Marlena the service representative was helpful from beginning to end. She thoroughly explained the services I was requesting for my car and offered the best package solutions. She followed up with a call when my car was ready and delivered as promised.
