Palm Springs Harley-Davidson, North Palm Springs CA

Went on for a tire.expected it to be done next day at the soonest.they had it on the rim and back to me in the showroom before I finished paying

Driving from Texas on a roadtrip and my tire sensor came on the bike. I made it to Palm Springs Harley and told the guys I was on a trip and asked if they could check out the bike for me. They told me to swing around and they’ll check the bike out. One of the techs checked the tire and cleared the sensor within 30 minutes and they had me back on the road. I appreciate how quickly the guys got me through and the hospitality they showed.

This is a great HD store. Nice family-owned atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable people. Lots of inventory whether you are looking for bikes, parts or MotorClothes. Excellent service department as well. I have always been treated very well there, and will certainly come back when it's time for yet another new bike.

Great place and an awesome shop and mechanics. My harley's carb started leaking on a ride I limped it to their shop and they squeezed me in and took care of the problem within a hour. Highly recommend this shop and dealer for all your harley needs. Thank you.

Most unfriendly staff at parts I have ever encountered. Vet unfriendly Active Duty friendly (a staff member said that to me). As a Vet (DAV) I took offense. This is the only Harley Davidson store/shop in Morongo Basin or the Lower Desert going west to Loma Linda and Riverside. Kind of high or over priced. This is my experience. When I go to others it is different. I want to give them another try as they are our "Local" store/shop.

Very friendly to customers and their guests. Nice open shop. Clean and good sales. Dog is happy with new toy and I picked up a cool Palm Springs HD designed tee.
