I’m writing this specifically to give my highest praise to Jay at the information desk who went truly above and beyond in helping reunite me with my lost phone. I am beyond grateful! And also the other employees who were very sympathetic and helpful - thank you. I can’t say I had a nice time at this airport (through no fault of the airport’s!) or even that I flew anywhere - but I can tell you it’s a good place to lose things; you will have a lot of support!

Driving around in a circle would be more fun with clowns. The clowns would be dressed as city employees who oversee maintenance and landscaping for the PS int'l airport. Wiggling around the terminal on miniature bicycles with horns on the handlebars so they could play music while they ride. May I make a request? "In the Air Tonight", by Phil Collins.

Lovely little airport that made Palm Springs that much better of a trip! Really enjoy the outdoor component where the terminals are located. It’s a busy airport if you’re flying around the big music festivals, like Stagecoach or Coachella so the food lines were super long.

The Santa Rosa restaurant inside PSP terminal is shockingly terrible! The employees are awful and the food is disgusting!
If you choose to go here be prepared to wait 30-60 mins. Often there are tons of empty tables & counter seats available but they will not seat you. The servers hate the customers so much they do their best to discourage you from entering. I travel four+ times a month through this airport. Most recently I witnessed a women with her elderly mother standing waiting to enter restaurant and she asked if her mother could sit while she waited because she was having trouble standing. The server said no you’ll have to wait and walked away.
A customer behind them stepped in to assist the elderly women…. Deplorable!
Executive team take note; the customers experience from the moment you arrive at PSP to the moment you depart should be an awesome, positive, respectful experience. Nobody deserves to be treated the way these employees treat the public.
Do not renew Paradies contact!

Small airport. Neat, easy access to find your luggage and well put. If you are flying in from the NW, always expect turbulence. The mountains near the airport is the main cause. Parking begins at $2 for 20 mins. The electric car parking needs to get improved. Unsure if it even works. For such a neat airport, the electric vehicle parking spots may just benefit of only the space to park in. Police always present. But in overall, this airport is very conveniently located in Palm Spring's. 5 to 10 mins from downtown.

Small and delightfully efficient. Good amenities and lots of charm. Is it summer when you visit? Be prepared for the blast of heat when you exit the terminal into the open air spaces!

Palm Springs Airport is not your typical airport experience. Palm Springs is a hub for artists, influencers, and creative minds, and the airport is where it all begins.

Aside from its vibrant atmosphere, the Palm Springs Airport boasts a friendly and efficient TSA team. You'll breeze through security with a smile, leaving you more time to enjoy the airport's amenities. Grab a cup of locally roasted coffee or indulge in a delicious snack from one of the many eateries. The airport understands the importance of fueling your adventures, whether you're jetting off to a cosplay convention or simply exploring the world.

This airport is absolute trash. I don’t understand why people like it. I travel multiple times a year all over the world. Someone explain to me why it’s cool to have an outdoor airport in the desert? Not to mention it smelled of sewage.

Always friendly, happy people to help you, great places to catch a quick meal before your flight, and no gate is very far. What's not to love?

Check in is quick but frustratingly no open coffee shops in the airport. It’s not even 3: 00!

We have an amazing no stress experience with this palms springs airport.
1st time we flying out of here
no long lines. Fast service
We found a better price than ONT for our trip.so it was worth the drive from Riverside
Parking is $20 for 24 hrs.

Small town airport; nothing really special about it. The check-in process is reasonably fast, and so is the TSA line, mostly. The main terminal is sort of OK, but the commuter airline terminal sucks. Also, it can take quite some time until luggage is delivered to the baggage claim carousels after a return trip.

They gotta be the worst at hiring people. Nowhere does is say the requirements for a job. And if you expect to be told them in the interview you're wrong. They took a week to get back to me because someone was on vacation. I showed up for an interview and took a drug test two times just for them to say i didnt meet the requirements. This is ridiculous.

Adorable small indoor-outdoor airport, easy to navigate and takes very little time to get to your gates before departure and to pick up your suitcases upon arrival.
