I dont even know where to start.between the past and today its just been bad within the service dept.im barely 2yrs with the car and has had all sorts of issues that shouldn't be happening the 1st initial problem going in about front sensor by the service manager Edgar telling me I must of hit something and thats what the sensor is for I told him but I havent hit anything I told him why would I need a sensor to tell me you hit something makes no sense I told him there is no damage to front of the car and I said this sensor goes off multiple times a day with absolutely nothing around me but at end pretty much told me I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about he completely talked over me.later when I tried to give the location a try at least for oil changes giving me false information of filters needing replacement and to find out they're clean.told needed tires I go have them checked with America's Tires and the tires are good and nothing wrong.still issues when attempting to make appointments being told to bring the car but they needed to keep my car for several days cause they won't have time to get to it (so then why would I bring the car) and told cause I'm a women I dont know about cars that was over the phone.then today by Timothy telling me they would need to keep the car til end of the day or tomorrow and while trying to tell him the timeline of everything that was happening and gone wrong to the car him not even listening and same thing as with others there what do I know right just cause I'm a women.super horrible customer service I attempted today with hopes of a different outcome and Edgar being in the other booth not even bothering to jump in to help or perhaps him realizing the false information he gave about the sensor.to be in the service dept one should clearly know what they are talking about before assuming or giving false information and most importantly listen to ur customers dont ignore them or roll eyes.my biggest mistake was going there attempting to give them another try. I've had Nissan cars before 2005 had that car for nearly 11yrs always had good experiences and was well taken care of but since having this Sentra for barely 2yrs this team that is there horrible customer service

I'm glad that when I pull up in my 2016 Nissan I'm not being hassled by the salesmen. Due to my specific vehicle you're whole I cannot rely on aftermarket from Carquest, autozone, o'reilly and any of the other places you can name. I mean yeah I can rely on quality trusted replacement QTR company because they have been 100% compatible however I can't trust any of the aftermarket unless I'm getting it direct from Nissan. I appreciate the guys behind the counter that I understand I'm not there for the cheap parts I'm there for the upgrades! No I don't want to set a $50 spark plugs I want the higher performance $125 set! Do I want the cheaper one no thank you. Am I sure yes I am and thank you to every man and woman behind that counter this past year with excellent service. Something that's hard to find these days.

I was treated like royalty from the moment my son-in-law and I arrived. Met by the manager, Mr. Majed Mansour and walked through every step about purchasing my new car. I had another employee with me, Maxwell, to acquaint me with all the new items and what to expect when operating my new car. I felt confident to drive away.

I got a Nissan rogue yesterday and I love it. Thanks to my salesman Jaun Banderas and the other 2 co-worker they were great. I didn't have credit and they all helped me get my car. Thanks a bunch.

The service overall has been awesome, but I am disappointed that the secondary services are no longer available to customers (rides home to local areas, car washes, etc.). I have a film on the inside of my windshield and I asked if they could at least clean it, and was told that it wasn't possible.

We got the special going on, oil change, tire rotation, fluids, etc. They've always done great work and recommended any repairs coming up. Keep up the good work y'all!

Tim in repair/service was excellent on his persistence to get my vehicle repaired. Im glad he kept me updated on my vehicle along the way. He managed to get my vehicle repaired sooner that expected. Tim helped with all things and more. Very happy with the service he provided. Professional and overall helpful. When I go to purchase another vehicle i hope all others are like him.

I connected with Kevin after inquiring about an available vehicle. He was thorough, helpful and patient in every part of the process. Thinking back, he has a quiet, unassuming tactic to his sales method and at no point did I ever feel pressured to move forward with the deal. Very well done. Juan completed my purchase on Kevin’s day off, and also was thorough and very professional. Seth in Finance was awesome, and the whole team was really great. Seth Richardson was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. We really enjoyed working with him to find a good fit for us. We leased a 2023 Nissan Rogue. He has many years of experience at this dealership. He is fair and friendly! Would recommend him if you are looking to buy or lease a car!

I brought my 2015 Altima in for an oil change and filter at 10: 15 am by Appointment. It took 2: 45 minutes to get it done. I waited at the dealership. Great service but just very time consuming.
