We have used the bulk filling station 3 times. The first time everything worked great, I paid $5 and got 50 gallons of water. The second time I was charged $5 for the minimum 50 gallons, but only got 20 gallons; I ended up paying $15 for 50 gallons. Again today I paid $5 and only got 20 gallons of water.

Water was leaking from water meter outside my house. I called Palmdale water district and spoke with Ramon, who provided good listening and helpful suggestions.

I attempted to reach someone about activation of our water. I have tried for 2 weeks. Each time endless hold cycles. Today I finally reach someone who gives me info that should have been on their website, which is frustrating. When I happen to mention to Gloria that on the 20th I spent almost 2 hours on hold she became very sarcastic and insinuated I was not being honest. I checked my phone logs and on Wednesday the 20th of January I was on hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes, call started at 4: 08 pst. The attitude from your office is appalling and less than professional. Gloria also informed me she would be checking the call logs (further insinuating I was being dishonest) please Gloria do check the logs. Horrible customer service and very condescending attitude.

Follow up. Thank You for the call trying to insinuate i was being dishonest. I called from my cell phone, and 2 office phones for 2 weeks my longest hold time was 1 hour and 47 minutes. I will see if our IT department can pull that up since you wish to be so salty about it. I can tell by the reviews that this is typical behavior from the staff. What a shame that you forget you work for the public. As for the information I was requesting, IT IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE Good Lord what is wrong with you people? This is what happens when someone gets a little power and has no consequences for their actions or behavior.

Charging a $100 deposit for rejected payments that results from issues other than insufficient funds is outrageous. They make sure to put you in a dark space!

I love how my charge for delivering the water, is more than the actual water charges I incur. They could stand to reduce delivery charges.

This company has a horrible and rude staff. Yesterday I called to ask a question concerning my bill but the operator cut me off mid sentence. He claimed he had a call waiting and immediately hung up. I then proceeded to call once more and as soon as the worker heard my voice he said that he already told me when they open (when that wasn’t even my question) and hung up once more.

Why don't you put that you are closed online, I went to the bank and waited about 15 minutes in line to get money to pay my bill because I checked and it said you were open. When I stopped by, you were closed. Please put a sign on the internet as well. Not just on your door.

93550 I summited the application online and call the office to verify any requirements left, the lady who answer was amazing, she said everything was complete except I need the closing statement as proof as owner, the same day I email, but not to worry because I would have service until December 1, the company who sold the house the contract would be over December1. Ok my question is why don't we have service, my famaly and I moved in yesterday, and we got the surprise we didn't had water turn on, I summited again the application with the closing statement as needed and my I'd. Both applications were summited, why is it that palmdale water district, doesn't bother to turn on service and call me or ask what else am I missing to complete any requirements, but don't ever leave a famaly with out water service on on a Thanksgiving week, that's is such a shame act from Palmdale water district
