Palo Verde Hospital reviews
8 Absolutely garbage emergency room.
I went in because it was the only provider easily accessable to me at the time.
I sat in a chair for 5 hours.
Spoke to the doctor for less than 5 minutes.
Had an x-ray for my shoulder to assess tissue damage, which is entirely pointless. I was then told I would be discharged and that I had "muscle strain" I knew that. I wanted to know how bad or if I tore something. Worst medical experience and largest waste of time in my life. Also the nurses were curt and short with me. I will never go back to that hospital even if Im bleeding out. I'd rather die then be treated like I was.
Personally, I do not recommend this hospital, it is super bad in all aspects and its service is terrible.
Just went to the hospital with chest pain shortness of breath, thinking I may be having a heart attack. They have a very small waiting area and a patient was sitting there with pretty severe case of COVID.dam. Why didn't they put her in isolation. So now I've been exposed to COVID and I may be having a heart attack. So I left. I've never gotten COVID, pretty sure it wouldn't go well with the lung problems I have. So if you are sick, don't go to this hospital. If they are that lax with protocol for such a contagious thing as COVID you will come out sicker than you went in.
Horrible experience every time I come here, whether it’s for family or myself. Administrative assistance, nurses, doctors are all far from polite, very dismissive, and even at times flat rude.
I was there on Saturday morning and can’t say enough good things about this hospital. Every single employee from check in to discharge was absolutely amazing. They treated me so well and took great care of me. There was no wait and they got me treated immediately. I can’t thank you all enough!
I came in to the ER at 3pm for screwing up my lower back pretty well its currently 6: 35 pm and I have seen a woman here since 10 am get up and leave that was very sick Dr. Bermani would rather help people that have nose bleeds and lil cuts and bruises then help a sick woman and a combat veteran our people deserve better not some quacks
Overall Palo verde has been a good hospital and I’ve always been taken care of and the staff was very friendly, my current visit was for the delivery of my baby girl and the only problem I had was they took a while to get to me when I needed something which wasn’t a big problem, the day of my delivery though the nurse didn’t hand me my baby she gave her to my fiancé which isn’t right because the mom and baby need to make that bond when coming out so it was very hard for me to get the bond with my daughter
You will probably die at Palo Verde Hospital like the lady said Dr Castro he do not observe his patience he do not use a stethoscope to come check your heart or anything that's going on with your chest he says the nurses in there really to do his job and then he comes at the end of everything and like she said give you some medicine or Percocets and send you out the door I don't understand why they still have this doctor there but I understand that don't know doctors wants to come to this town so they have to keep him look like but it just makes it real bad when he's there look like he do not care for his patient that man is just only there for a check just to earn his check and go home
