Paloma Summit Condominium Rentals, Foothill Ranch CA

I love living at this community. So quiet and such great views. I want to especially shout out the Maintenance team at Paloma, led by Jessie who is the Service Manager there. He and his team, including Luis, always go above and beyond to make sure any issue, big or small, is resolved timely and effectively. You can tell they really care, which is very refreshing, especially compared to past communities I've lived at in the past. Couldn't recommend more!

Very good place to stay and very helpful leasing staff. The front office has been incredibly helpful and very accommodating (Elva, Susan and Jessica). Maintenance is prompt, amenities are very good and great views. No wonder the recent reviews are all 5 star. We have been here for 2 years now.

My experience at Paloma Summit apartments was so effortless thanks to Elva! She was so accommodating and helpful. I have honestly never had such a positive experience as I did today. I highly recommend this property and Elva made the experience that much sweeter.

The complex is situated in the foothills of Orange County, so it is amazing views all around. The staff is unlike any other complex I have lived in. They are all very kind and go above and beyond on a regular basis. There rent is affordable given comparable floor plans and square footage. Everyone who lives there seems happy, it is a very neighborly area in general. There's actually parking! I never struggled to find parking.finally! The buildings are old, so the AC/heater vents aren't that great, the shower pipes needed repairs a few times, and the cabinets are a challenge to work with because they aren't space optimized and its hinges are weak. Maintenance was always quick to repair everything which is another plus and we were surprised to learn the buildings were old because they certainly don't look it. We were sad to leave, the views alone are worth staying forever but the staff definitely made it home:)

Susan has been so helpful throughout our apartment search. We are first time apartment renters and we had a ton of questions and concerns. Susan answered them all and made of feel much more comfortable with our choice. The property is clean, well maintained and spacious. The washer and dryer in the unit are so convenient and the upgrades in the luxury units are lovely. Overall we have had a great experience with Susan's help. We can't wait to move in!

I've been living at Paloma Summit for the past few weeks and I'm very glad with my decision. The community is clean, well taken care of, and the staff all around is very helpful. I was able to move in a matter of a couple of days. Huge plus side is that the community is peaceful, has plenty of parking, and 24 hours maintenance. I would recommend for anyone to live here.

Beautiful views from most of the homes in this community, well planned and maintained apartments.

We have been here for about a month now and we absolutely love it! It's a nice quiet complex that is close to the shopping center that has EVERYTHING that we need. The apartments offer nice white cabinets with a quartz counter tops and wood laminate floors! They have a little toddler park that is perfect for my 2 year old! The office staff is great and very friendly!

I looked at a lot of places before my move to OC and chose this one for its balance between convenience, space, and seclusion.

Staff are friendly and prompt, and location is peaceful but not too distant from hubs like The Market Place in Tustin and Irvine Spectrum. It also has all the essentials nearby like grocery stores, banks, and restaurants. The value is great, especially with the private garage (a rare amenity) and spacious living room. The gym is a bit minimalist, but with a great gym just up the road it's really no trouble. If you want to live "close to the action" this isn't for you, but if you want a peaceful little community Paloma Summit is a great option.

We lived at this complex for 7 years and it was a wonderful experience. Because my job is so far away we had to move and I was very sad to leave. This was home and we were always treated very well. The management team here is fantastic, the apartments and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. You couldn’t ask for a better place to live and I would highly recommend them.

If I could rate this apartment 0 stars. I would. This place is absolutely Horrible! Our family is mentally unstable during all of this. Our dog isn’t eating right! We both need see a doctor soon. The water pipes burst. AC was broken. The drainage pipes were blocked and water was overflowing! What kind apartment? !
DO not move to here. It’s absolutely HORRIBLE!

I absolutely love this place I have been living here since June if 2014 and does this place have everything you need and the staff and maintenance people are incredibly nice and it's a very safe community I love this place!

Nice place, but the drag racing and the price they charge for rent is ridiculous; even for Orange county.

I just moved into the community and am very pleased with my experience. The office staff are exceptionally helpful. Because these buildings are older, a great deal of work has been put into update them. I expected there to be some minor issues. I have been very pleased with the repair staff. They have been very quick to respond to requests and they have always taken care of the issues. Thank you - 5 stars, and well deserved.

Who has done a background check on the people that come to pick the trash up off your porch at 8: 00 at night? Make sure to lock your doors Paloma summit thinks that $1.00 per apartment a day out weighs safety to there tenants. GET OFF OF MY PORCH

Management cared more about parking for construction company vehicles overnight than they did about tenant parking. No parking for 5 months straight because of construction company using parking lot for personal storage of work trucks.

Our experience from start to finish has been superior. The grounds are expertly maintained and the staff responsive. Most importantly the complex is quiet. We love Paloma Summit!
