Lived here 2 years now and very happy we chose this park. The park is well maintained, views are nice, and we now have a Maintenance captain who is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Nice community. Nice pickleball court. Close to RSF Rd and High School so hear lots of of sirens.

Lived in PEE for almost two years. With recent staff changes, the management will only get better. Enjoyed my stay and many good residents. Highly recommend PEE.

Lived in the adult over 55 community for over 10 years HOA has no clue how to run things property management company they use is a disgrace they let one maintenance man rule the community and tells all the residents what to do when we pay his salary when he needs to be fired.
