Terrible! I brought my grandma's ring, a family heirloom for 4 generations, after she passed and I inherited it, to have it sized. It was perfectly fine and had been worn by all the women in my family for 4 generations! First of all he sized it wrong, it is way too big and not able to be worn because it will fall off my finger, which is the whole point of having it sized! Additionally to him NOT sizing my ring properly, WHICH I PAID HIM FOR, HE BROKE 3 PRONGS ON THE RING! So I cannot wear it, and now I have to find another jeweler who actually knows what he's doing to fix the ring which wasn't even broken before he got ahold of it, I am out the money that I paid him TO BREAK MY RING and size it wrong, and now I have to pay someone else to hopefully fix the damage caused to my family heirloom. And when I picked it up and noticed there was a prong standing straight up, he didn't even apologize and just bent it back down SIDEWAYS with his machine. This guy should not be in business and has RUINED MY FAMILY HEIRLOOM AND CHARGED ME FOR IT!

My family has been coming here for years for cleaning or for repair. We bought my fiancees wedding band here and the gentleman was friendly, helpful and made sure we got just what we wanted.

I have 2 rings that needed
to be re-sized due to weight loss. This was the
first time I used Palomar
for the work. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work that
was done and totally satisfied with the work &
price. Also pleased with the friendly attitude of the
Owner and his Wife. We
found out that we had a lot
In common and I felt like I
made a new friend. We'll
always use Palomar for any
Jewelry repair or purchases in the future.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. I showed up at 10: 40am to get a diamond ring appraisal and the owner wouldn’t open the door arguing that they were not open. Google says they open at 10: 30am, the door had their business hours as 10: 30am and they had a big OPEN sign on their door. I was wearing a hoodie and I am brown which I believe was the big reason why he didn’t open the door. You can’t be prejudiced when you run a business. I will never be coming here again.

Tony is wonderful. His prices and Jewelry are top notch. I've been doing business with him for years.

All I can say is this place is exceptional! I went to 4 watch stores today to have my watch repaired. All were either closed, required an appointment, or didn’t answer the phone. I had been trying to get my watch fixed for the last 2 weeks but I’ve just had repeat unavailability.

Paloma’s Jewelers fixed my issue quickly and
chose not to charge me. They have a good heart and actually care about their customers. I’ve been to a lot of jewelers and this one by far is the best. I will be comming by for all future work. Thanks again!

I was in town for a few days and I brought my ring in to get sized. Not only did they get it done quickly, my ring has never looked more beautiful! So thankful for them getting this done!

I went here during business hours and the door was locked even though there were customers inside. The employee yelled something i couldn’t make out through the closed door. I tried gesturing that i would like to do business there but he just keep talking though a closed door. I couldn’t hear anything. I am sure there are other jewelers in the area who communicate more effectively.

Tony is such a nice guy! I like to support local business so I happened upon this place when I needed to get my moms wedding ring sized up for myself and the wrap downsized for my future daughter-in-law. Due to the shape of the rings he was honest about the risks involved but we went ahead with the sizing. The rings are PERFECT! We decided to get my sons wedding ring here and he was so kind to give him a discount because “they are just starting out”. Skip those overpriced mall shops and come here, you won’t regret it!
