Panda Express, Los Angeles CA

So I've been visiting this Panda express for lunch for several years as I'm a Nurse Practitioner w/ LAPD nearby. This review is long overdue and the incredibly awesome service I received today was just a reminder I needed to post a review. First, this has to be one of the cleanest and most immaculate Pandas I've ever been to, and the food always looks and tastes so fresh!
it's obvious Ade is an outstanding Manager there and seems to be aware of everything going on. She seems to communicate so well w/ her staff and even the staff seem to be receptive to her and everybody seems to be getting along and communicate well w/ each other. It's quite apparent that Ade has great leadership qualities and is a huge reason to the success of this company.
I also have to recognize Wendy who has always been genuine, friendly, and engaging and, IMHO, gives the best customer service. She is professional yet friendly and treats her customers, especially this one, with kindness and respect, and always with a warm smile. She's truly an asset to your company and it's in my opinion she'd be great in a leadership role, such as a manager or even an owner as she is a great example of what customer service is all about, so thank you, Wendy!
I'll be seeing you, again, soon!

I’ve literally been waiting on my order since 3 o’clock … it’s not that serious the only reason I left the order as is, Is because of the kids … smfh

The food was delicious that people serving the food for very friendly very nice will recommend to my friends

SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! I NEVER EXPERIENCE A STAFF THAT SLOW!
Manager was in store walking around and customer waiting in line. (7 employees working and they were not able to help customers) it took me 40 minutes to place my order and it was only 4 customers in front of me! RIDICULOUS WAITING TIME!

Girls serving food act like they dont want to be there. If you dont want to work at panda express go work somewhere else.

The food is soo good. I have a food coma now. You can’t go wrong with some Chow Mein and Orange chicken. I came here with co workers on our afternoon lunch.

Got 4 plates to go and some side orders when I got home opened my plate and it looked more empty then full and my side orders weren't even in the bags and the girl that was taking my orders look like she was having a bad day will not be going to any more panda Express almost every location is the same

Great staff always stop by to get lunch when I'm too lazy to make something. You're in and out quickly and conveniently located next to a bunch of other options like Starbucks fat burger and many more.

Great service for a rainy day. It was busy too. Before i stepped in and even opened the door, I could smell a whiff of the spiciness of compound chicken and the smell of teriyaki chicken. My little daughter kept saying welcome along with every other Panda Associate. It was cute.

Location opened. No food was ready. When food was ready I wasn't asked to be serviced. Costumer walked in 20mins after me was ask if she could be helped. I brought it to lady's attention. I was here waiting.
She got an attitude. She then threw my food in plate. Tossed back credit card after payment. Lady who serviced me name is Katrina T.

The food is great, but the only downside would be that you will have to wait in line for ever before you are able to order, and then you will have to wait some more in order to pay.

Great food.place is packed but workers hustle.should get a raise, especially cute AF Kimberly working hard most girls who work their do.

The food is good I've never been disappointed, the costumer service was something else this time. Her name was Epifania, she has no patience and tries to serve you food you don't even want even after you clearly tell her what you want. Hopefully they fire her, they should hire better employees smh Panda Express. I applaud Amber she was on it and came through when it got busier.

Food is delicious they do lack in a couple of things tho lobby is dirty most of the time I need to clean my own table. The portion on the food are ridiculous small. Waiting time can be from 15-10 min

Foods good but they are never open on time and nothing's ready if you show up at 10 expect to wait 20-30mins

I usually don't like panda express because the food is gross and greasy but this place is so good. Gets very busy around lunch but the wait is worth it.

Even though its busy most of the times here they have really fast service and always have food coming out.

The food is great. No complaints there. The reason this location doesnt get five stars is because it is always SUPER PACKED. You cant even make line to order because the crowd of people go out the door. It makes you wanna turn back when you arrive.

You guys should start picking up your phone! Very frustrating when you need to speak to someone about your order

Very busy place, and it was nice of the cook to make me some Chicken and Green Beans. However the food overall was okay.
