Panda Express, Menifee CA

People are sooo sloowww. This should be an “express” service. There is only 1 cook and takes 10 mns to cook for each dish that are out. Been waiting for 15mns just for honey walnut shrimp and they put too small of portions even for people that have waited!

Quite possibly the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. Was in line behind only 3 people but it ended up taking over 25 minutes to even order because the workers were completing all the online orders before helping customers. Its ironic because last time I ordered online they made me wait 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time because they were too busy helping customers.

They are not open at the time they're supposed to be open wich is at 10, at 10 they "start the procces of opening"

Panda Express is Panda Express anywhere you go. I like their food but I get tired of seeing same menu everytime. They should try different menu's at times. They can only accept 5 customers at a time inside due to Covid so you have to wait outside til somebody comes out. It is pretty fast though. No dine in yet ofcourse.

Ok ive given them 3 chances from ordering online. Every time i order bigger plate i get a serving amount of just a plate. But different if you order in person. Nice consistency

By far the worst Panda Express experience I've ever had is that this one service took forever and they were unprepared never had anything ready and then I get home after waiting for fresh food and my orange chicken tastes like I'm eating a giant lime this is disgusting I am never going back to Panda Express any of them

Very upset with my order today for I've come MANY times prior for orders always over $50 and today they forgot items and when I tried to have Ana recheck my order she went over receipt and still brought back WRONG order which she rushed the delivery by throwing the order in bag side ways and the rice as well chicken fell out. Disappointed at the experience as well the customer service. Panda Express menifee must had a bad day

Pretty standard panda express. You are always immediately welcomed in. I feel like they've started giving bigger portions, but just slightly. My family loves panda. This location is often kept very clean. Staff is usually friendly.

The food is great. Large portions and the servers are doing an awesome job servicing the community during this coronavirus pandemic.

Just to give you an idea how this place works compared to most Chinese take out. I come in, they are about to close in 10 min, I order the honey walnut shrimp, there are 7 shrimp in the bowl, the girl gives me 5 and leaves 2. Really? The portions are weak, food is average, prices are high. They could do better.

We ordered the shrimp and steak bowl. It was horrific and had 1 piece of shrimp. They also messed up are order and we has to go back in to get rest of order. No apology or a acknowledgement. If the food was good, we would shrug off bad servic. The noodles were dry and old. Not a good place.

Walked in waited was only the second person in line. 3 employees just stood around - after about 10 minutes of waiting I walked out - I would understand if they were busy but isn't this fast-food? Second person in line while 1 person struggled with that customer and three others stood there chatting.it's cool - obviously not a customer centric place

Fast and fresh! Ana is the nicest server and the guys cooking are quick! My family could eat this everyday!

By far the best Panda Express. They are never cheap with portions and super friendly. Priscilla was great. Food is always fresh and my goodness this place is sooo clean!

This place is clean, plenty of tables and chairs. The foods are great, could be better. Fast time if not a lot of people. The staffs were not so friendly but they could be better.

As Panda Express restaurants go, this is a good one. They use quality chicken and other ingredients, the restaurant is kept reasonably clean, and the stone tables and countertops are a nice touch.

Kathya is a very good employee! And, no I don't know her! She just handled herself in an exemplary Manor in a very difficult situation. Management should do what they can to keep her services, she is a true asset

I like this panda express. It's clean; everyone is curteous; the food is good and fresh. I like to order online. I can jist walk in and pick up my food. I haven't had a bad experience here yet.

Have gone here many times and the food is good! Crowded but they keep the place clean and the line moves fast!

If there's 0 star i would click on it.this one server named KATHYA was the rudest of them all. She rolled her eyes, mumbled, and talked back when i asked nicely if she can put more broccoli instead of beef.she's got attitude! Pretty rude!
