Panda Express, Van Nuys CA

I was so amazed by how fast they served me. It took me less that 5 minutes to get my food. You can never find this kind of service anywhere especially without appointment just a walk in

I used to call this place Kung-Fu panda
Great customer service and fast. Now you know why I'm calling it Kung-fu panda.

This panda does not honor coupons. So this place is probably trying to make as much money as possible. Who knows what corners they cut to make a profit.

Besides that this panda does have a drive thru which is nice especially during a pandemic and for convenience.

Good place for a quick bite, prices are good for the quality of food they serve. Try them out on one of the food delivery apps during this Corona pandemic time.

I very much enjoy the food and service, great area very close to my apartment. The employees are always friendly. Will come back again.

This restaurant offers fantastic service as well as delightful meals. One of my favourite spots around town. The drinks and food served quickly and the rates are reasonable. Highly recommended.

For some reason food was not as good as other panda Express locations. I felt the difference. Definitely not going back to that location.

If I could give it less than one star I would! They never get the order right. We always get orange chicken bowl with white rice and for some reason we always get something else instead of the white rice. It’s very frustrating when you are running late and you buy food only to notice it’s wrong. It would be fine once or twice but it has happened over 7 times and unfortunately this is the only Panda Express near us.

I Was told I couldn't make two separate orders. Which I've always done. She said I'd have to get back in drive thru line. So didn't quite understand why.teriyaki sauce is always missing also.

The food wasent good at all, and the people working there are rude.

The fastest service ever experienced at a Panda Express. The staff was quick and nice. I was greeted when I walked in. Food was hot and tasty as I expect from Panda. The parking lot was small and bumpy. Make a stop, you will like it.

I come here at list 3 times a months the food is good but the portions are getting smaller and smaller

I usually go here, but I only order inside. Drive thru experience was bad. My brother decided to order in Spanish, and the girl that took our order decided that she did not want to speak Spanish that day and took our whole order wrong it took forever for her to get it right, which she still didn’t. The girl knows how to speak Spanish but for some reason she didn’t want to over the speaker. Someone else came and in a rude manner took our order in Spanish.

Panda Express food is always fresh. Customer service is great; they welcome you every time as you come in. Best orange chicken I've had; nothing compared to other fast food.

They are never prepared during opening hours. Always have something missing. Good management would know to have the majority of the menu readily available. At least the essentials! No chow mein or steamed rice?

Has nothing to do with the food, the food is ok. It was the manager at this location deciding to embarrass one of his workers because she was taking a break. He was being demeaning towards her. You could tell by the other employees this manager is a power hungry jerk. I did not like him one bit. Rude.

At first I thought Panda Express was nasty af cuz I tried it last week for the first time at the Burbank Mall. This location has the better prepared food I came to Panda Express with low expectations and the food was great so today was my second time eating and second was the charm

You are incredibly successful of hiring the most ignorant, rude and unprofessional people, including the Manager, who thinks she’s a Harvard graduate.

We ordered mushroom chicken and fried rice for my daughter via drive thru.once we got home, we opened it and saw fried rice and kung pao chicken which is a little too spicy for my little one

They barely gave me any food.when i've had such a bad day and they made it worse by barely giving me orange chicken
