Panda Express, Palm Desert CA

No food available. Came in at 8 pm. Said they were closing soon. Very disappointed. They told they could cook for me but I didn’t want to wait. Where is the manager? Sad.

If I could put 0 stars I could! This place blows. They cannot work properly when it’s busy. Horrible customer service. Miserable workers

Worst service ever. Ordered online, got there at the scheduled time and waited an additional 10 minutes while they prioritized all the walk ins before finally doing my order

Panda Express is by far my favorite place to eat! But this is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been too… Haley the girl who was putting my food together wasn’t very friendly and made it an unpleasant trip. Their rice was hard and not fresh at all or even hot.

The staff is Supreme, interested in the client's experience of this locale. My only complaint was the food was not temperature hot.other than that I'll B back.

The team is great.it's clean they pay attention to detail. Not everyone has that. They are polite and treat you good. The food was exelent. Not to cold Not to hot goldilocks.thank you panda team.

Well they made up for it when I went back in side to buy a small rice he said it was on the house

Shout out to Panda Express for going over and above and making sure out first responders are taking care of right away. This location is always busy and today was no exception, some EMT came in and employee came and took their order mind you there is a line of people waiting about 6 to 8 people in front of them I was impress

We ordered our meals on the panda express site and choose delivery. Our food arrived with NOT all the items we paid for were delivered. We called the store location who first told us it was not their problem and we should call door dash. I asked would I call door dash when i ordered from Panda Express, paid Panda Express directly and Panda ordered and paid door dash, we did not. After going thru three people on the phone i got Lindsay who said she was the manager. She argued with me and said she knows they gave door dash the correct order and insinuated that door dash stole the food. She claimed "that woman did it". She said she would call door dash to investigate and call us back, which of course never happened. We have no refund, no food and beyond horrible customer service. This isn't over as I will call Panda Headquarters in the morning. What is over is using Panda Express ever again. Sorry I had to give them a one. Zero would have been better.

We arrived about 45 minutes before closing, there was about four items for selection. When I asked for veggies, they didn’t ask if I wanted to wait for them to make some. Instead when I asked if they were out her response was “yeah”. I sensed an attitude and decided not to go any further with the order. I said nvm, no thanks. Walked away and expressed my discontent with her attitude. Meanwhile a manager was on his laptop sitting down in one of the guest tables. Terrible customer service and I will avoid this location from now on.

Arrived about 2pm and the store was empty. We had to wait for two of the items we generally select when we eat at the Panda. The food inventory appeared low, which probably had to do with the time of day.better low than old. Took about five minutes to cook up our two items and we were off. One note on this particular store. Some counter attendants are more generous than others. This time we had one of the generous servers.that makes us happy. This store always appears clean and the employees are properly wearing their masks.
