Panda Express, San Diego CA

Ordered 2 orders of crabrangoon 2 orders of spring rolls. Menu said $2 each so total should be $8 + tax total came to $21! I said hold no it should be 8 at $2 each I don't understand where the extra $13 is coming from. Manager tried saying it cost more if you aren't adding it to other food so I said yeah how much each? Where is this price on the menu? Wouldn't answer me at all and just gave my money back. So I sat in my car and ordered online where it IS $2 each so yes only paid $8.62. Did not give any sauce and had to go back in. Do not go to this location they will STEAL your money or time!

Food and counter service were good. But when we needed to use the restroom it was filthy and with no paper. Asked an employee coming out of the other bathroom if she could use it and we were told that that was for employees only even though it was right next to the other one. Employee had attitude and never did bring any paper or help with the filthiness of the bathroom. Was so disgusting we will never go back to this location.

I take the combo for 11 bucks the overcharge because of the especial items, The combo don't have any restrictions. To bad for you. Let take my business else we're.

The woman who served me was incredibly friendly, Litzy, I believe was her name. The other woman, Naomi was needlessly rude. She needs an attitude adjustment. If you don't like customer service; get a new job.
I watched this woman be curt and rude to multiple people, offended attitude when a customer had questions.
A customer was trying to ask her about a non-labeled item on display and she couldn't stop her personal conversation with her co-worker to answer the question and when she did finally acknowledge the customer standing in front of her she rudely responded "look at the menu behind me"
Then I witnessed her being rude again as another customer who was standing waiting to ask for some soy sauce, he asked for four which she rudely responded he needed to wait because she was helping someone else then the woman who was helping me came back and immediately asked the customer what he needed while still helping me and the other lady, Naomi chimes in "he just asked me for that, he needs to have patience" SO RUDE! I apologized on my way out to that customer because there was no need for such a terrible attitude from Naomi.

My favourite place to grab a quick Asian meal with lots of veggies. It's quick and easy to get food. Food option and the combo is the plus in this place. The food was yummy and not too salty. I would go again and again.

1st and last time here, very bad service. Drove from far to the closest panda and got there, the lady that took our order was very rude. We needed to use the bathroom and it was closed. Dine in area was closed. Was refused to get a refill of water.

Bad service, bathroom out of order, no refills, no bowls, lady was very rude. We were sitting to dine in for almost and hour and she said dining area is closed. Horrible service.

I was waiting in line when another customer comes and stands behind me. The cashier comes and starts helping the person that is clearly behind me, didn't acknowledge me. Rude staff

They denied me a cup of water while buying food. Said "it is out of order" but when I tried to press the water button at the drink fountain, it was working and they do have water. Shady practice.

Excellent service from Maria and Chris today. The staff at this location always go out of their way to ensure a high quality experience. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the restaurant itself very clean. Easy parking as well. This is one of my favorite locations.

Been here with the family and we ordered 8 meals, when I asked the cashier for fortune cookies, she gave me 4, after we ate the kids asked for me, so I went back to the cashier, she said you’re got them! I was shocked how rude she was saying it for something she would offer for her customers!

The quality of this location really gone downhill. Purchased Teriyaki chicken over vegetables. The chicken was fatty and of poor quality and the vegetables were inedible. Never going back to this location

We ordered food at 6: 30 and it was supposed to arrive at 7: 12. It was left at the front desk at 7: 40 cold, without the ordered sauce, cutlery, napkins and the $5 1/2 orders were ridiculously small. I spent $36 for a very bad experience. They sent a text asking how was the experience‽ I typed in a 1 for poor. They sent a link for more info that leads to a missing page! Started to contact my credit card company for a refund but decided just NOT to order from them ever again!

While not 'high end dining', it was great fast Chinese food. Good value and wast hungry for dinner that evening. Orange chicken was a bit better than Pepper beef.

I ordered online to have it picked up at 10: 30AM. You would think it'd be fresh when you got it since it's literally right after they're open. Everything was fine besides the rice, which smells like DIRTY FEET. I literally couldn't eat it nor could my boyfriend because of the smell. Not sure what happened but we won't be going to this specific place again. Overall, the workers aren't bad: they're really nice but the rice NEEDS to go.

I will never go back to this Panda ever again! We ordered online for delivery and they didn’t send 2 of our items. We called to have it fixed and the manager would not listen so we asked for a refund for the 2 items and she refused and would not send the items to us. Told us we could go down there and pick them up. We work at a very sensitive site as security. We aren’t allowed to leave the site and short our selves people in case of an emergency. The manager would not listen then said I was yelling at her and she hung up on me! If I could give this store a zero star score I would. They are rude and inconsiderate even in person. There were options she could have used instead of hanging up on us. Why would we go back to that Panda again if they are just going to mess up the order again! To add to all of this my manager left to go get the items and they were more concerned with their scratchers than their mistake!
