Panda Express reviews
7Worst customer service ever! The male employee gave me fried rice that I didn't ask. I wasn't done with my order yet, then he printed the receipt out and wanted me to pay.
Poor customer service from the employee serving the food. The menu shows they offer the cub meal, so I tried to order it for my daughter. The server bluntly said we don't offer that. I asked "why is it on the menu if it's not offered? " He raised his voice and aggressively said "Sir, I already told you we don't have that here. This is the Stanford University Panda Express. " blah blah blah I let it go and ordered because my daughter was hungry. There is NO REASON to be that rude about it. For being the "Stanford University Panda Express" you think they would be smart enough to remove items NOT offered on their digital menu screen or cover it with a piece of paper!
Side note: I did ask the manager as I was paying why it showed on the menu, he was more professional with his response.
At 18-45 there are no any staff, and all the utensils are already washed and clean. Obviously don't value and don't wait visitors.
Very fast service and very clean establishment, reminded me of the church I attend. The location at Stanford is also incredible, as the architecture allows for a unique atmosphere for such a casual restaurant!
Terrible Panda Express, long lines and below average food. Also it is not actually open for the hours listed.
Food was good but guy gave me unreasonably small portions compared to other panda expresses
Even though it is not authentic Chinese food and is a combination of American and Chinese, it is still tasty and worth the price.
