Panda Express, San Marcos CA

I love Chipotle but the last 3 times I have been to this specific location they have been out of papers and onions.are they just not avalible at this location. I get once, maybe twice, but every time?

I love Panda Express but unfortunately customer service/workers have really bad altitude. Looks like they don’t like to work there?

Everything was delicious, but some meat bites are a bit big & this location did not have any plastic knives.

While I was ordering, the employee was doing a delivery order too. She kept stopping my order to work on the other order. She had me repeat my order several times and I was just ordering a plate. It would have been better for her to tell me "I'll be with you in a couple of minutes", finish the other order, then help me. Part of my food didn't taste fresh. I usually eat at the other Panda Express off of Nordahl, in the Walmart shopping center. The Nordahl one is a lot better.

This panda express was really good! Me and my friend got orange chicken, fried rice and the chow mein. The food was great, not greasy at all and tasted amazing. The staff were cool and the facility was clean! Would definitely return!

Good service for a panda express. Portions generous and usually has most food choices available.

Always purchase to go but always good service and compensates if mistakes are made, and mistakes are rare

Came by here for lunch. It was not busy which was nice - though it usually is pretty full of people. Good food, fast service and a nice outdoor place to sit and eat.

I'm a diabetic so there is really no much I can eat. Here. But as a diabetic when you have to eat you have to eat. The lady behind the counter was friendly her service was quick and I was able to avoid a diabetic incident.

Sorry! Fried rice was awful dry and clumpy! Chow mein was dry as well. So disappointed first time at this Panda. The other sides were very good. But still disappointed:/

Very friendly staff. I want to give 5 stars but often they don't have what I want to order.

Servers here are quick and efficient, food tastes alright, not anything super special but I enjoy it. This place is affordable and their hours of operation allow me to go get food even later into the night.

I got the terriyaki and spring rolls combo with chow mein.
The chow mein was the worst I've ever tasted, just edible, noodles were under cooked but been heated way too long. Spring roll were soggy and chewy. The terriyaki chicken was under cooked and sauce way too sweet!
Don't think I'll ever go there again!

Just went to buy 2 item meal at Panda Express
Wow the server almost doesn’t want to put any meat on the the tray. Same with the rice and noodles. And the price went up too.

Good selection of choices, very helpful staff, reasonable prices. It satisfied our taste buds. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food look a little further.

The best people in the world work here. They are fast. Give great sized portions. The manager is amazing too.

Everything about the restaurant itself is great (so far). Line servers are super fast, organized and food is always fresh and delicious of course. They also allow customers to use their restrooms.

My issue is that I was not able to call in my order ahead- has to be done online unless I want to wait 10 or 15 min to speak w the catering extension (press1) to verbally call in my order but by that time I was already at the restaurant and as a result ended up waiting 20 min for them to cook enough shrimp and Angus beef for my order.
The thing is that I was already on the phone with the line server while in route who refused to start my order and insisted I had to call back and wait on hold w catering.:/ Not an efficient way to do business. Almost opted to grab our lunch elsewhere.

I was lucky enough to get there when the Orange Chicken ran out so I got fresh off the fire Orange Chicken. If I don't get it fresh I usually don't like it.

Very affordable crave food. Fill you up. They give you so much food it's ridiculous. I love that place and it's cheap. I recommend this Panda Express and every Panda Express.
