Panda Express, San Marcos CA

Both the Manager on shift and Raylynn were both really sweet. I felt welcome! Sorry I can’t think of the managers name. She wore glasses and was sweet.

I did enjoy visited Panda at San Marcos, Rancho Santa Fe road and also at Nordahl, both locations has good food and good customer service!

Lunch specials are super worth it. Bread, salad, main (I love the Mediterranean pasta and the thai chicken pasta) and cookie for dessert, all for $8.99. Can't beat it.

It was clean and the food was the usual Panda. They had some sad looking broccoli something entree and, unlike many other Pandas, they didn't try to force it on us and instead said proactively that they'd make some fresh. However, the rest of the food was warmish and not hot. So they aren't quite a 5 star experience.

Carlos customer service is the best! He has good people skills and a great personality. I will continue too come and purchase my food here because of his good customer service.

The chicks here did NOT listen to anything about my order and messed up 3/4 things I ordered. I spelled it out for them and made it as easy as possible to understand. Absolute horrible service. The lady was not nice at the register. Wanted to get out of there asap.never coming back to this location.

I tried Panda Express in San Marcos Escondido area in the Walmart shopping center they had a new battered chicken with almonds so I thought I'd give it a try that was a mistake I'm not sure if there were cooked a week ago or they are supposed to be like that they were just like stones I couldn't even chew some of them that's how hard they were so I'm not really sure what the reason was that they are that way so my suggestion to you make sure that at least they're soft I should have complained but I really was not in the moon Woods so the only thing I ate is the chow mein and I left it at that now maybe the cook decided to over cook them but either way it's inexcusable to have battered chicken be so hard and also they were not hot they were lukewarm I've never had much luck specially would the Panda Express in San Marcos or the one in Escondido on Mission the only one I've always had good luck with is the one in the Vons Shopping Center South of Escondido anyway good luck and I hope that was just a bad day for the cook and I'm glad I didn't spend more than $10 at least I didn't get hurt too bad but as usual I will always express and explain what happened with full truthfulness nothing personal Panda Express but I got to say the truth

It would be nice to have FRESH food, instead of heated left-overs. My orange chicken looked fresh till I ate it. It was CRISPY. Not in a good way. Dehydrated. Also when replacing their premium product, like Angus steak, next time dump old stale old product in the trash and not with my food. If I'm paying premium give me premium. Really disappointed. Glad it wasn't take-out or it would of gone in the trash. Ohh outside tables had a layer of dirt on them. I asked to a nice employee if he would clean it. He did, so that was nice!

I dont know if this is the right location, as this happened a few months ago, but I would just like to say thank you. There was a guy at the register when I ordered and I thought I had sufficient money for my meal. I didn't. I told him that I will call my mother quickly to spot me a few bucks. She didn't pick up. I was out of money and I was worried I had wasted this mans time. I was hungry and was in the middle of making the decision to leave when the man at the register came up behind me and handed me my food and said it was on him. I didn't know what to say besides thank you, and repeated saying thank you in my head. I wish I could have gotten his name, but I guess its best he remain a mystery.

I wanted to write this sooner but I couldn't figure out at which location this happened. Its hard being a missionary and harder when I cant afford food. I see this event as a miracle and I thank the man at the register all the time for when he helped a hungry missionary. Whoever he is I hope he is doing well and I hope God looks after him. God bless brother, I hope to meet you again someday. I'll make sure I have money next time ;)

The world needs more kindness and I hope everyone is more like this man. Once again Panda express has earned 5 stars, for kindness and excellent food!

Brenda was so nice in helping me with my pick up order that got placed on a different location.

Pretty bad customer service, girl with glasses I think her name is Patty gave us hard time. Wondering how such a big Company keep hiring these kind of “employees” that should not be in the Food Service!

Accessibility: they have accessible parking directly in front of the store and a ramp to get up to the sidewalk and building. The door to get inside is a pull door but today they had it propped open. The bathrooms are open, single person bathrooms big enough for wheelchairs.

Experience: they now have indoor seating (8-25-2021), and still the same 3 tables for outdoor dining. The food is always nice and hot, employees wear masks and are very kind.

The full menu is back! Still no inside seating. The Kung Pao chicken was hot and spicy. The other ingredients fresh and tasty. I was glad to get the steak and shrimp again.
