16Food at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes we go and get good food sometimes we don't get good food.
We ordered ahead online and when we arrived the store was packed and only one person was serving customers for a while until finally somebody helped. Even though we ordered ahead we were the last ones to receive our food 20 min later than supposed. Not sure what the express stands for. The store manager Silvia was very much not interested when I tried talking to her and didn’t even attempt to make it better. It’s just unbelievable bad customer service and it’s not the first time that happened. Also the orange chicken tasted burned and that was also visible.
Substantially better Beijing beef than the Panda Express I usually go to, overall an average experience for a Panda Express (which is positive) but the food was noticably better than average. Not sure if it was just timing, but everything was particularly strong, which I particularly enjoyed as Panda Express is often a bit bland with the "spicy" dishes.
Burned Chow mein again! And this time even over seasoned meat with so much chili, I can’t finish it. Also always arrogant lady at the front. I was going there for one year, but I’m done.
Lots of homeless lurking at all entrances. The boy at the counter had hackles all over his neck. The bowls were super skimpy and the prices went up to boot.
This is the iconic orange chicken! The food is comfortably predictable. Find what you like and stick with it.
This is my worsted experience rude short attitude the food was extremely bland and shrinkflation has hit hard, and panda is no exceptions!
The Cirby location’s food is never fresh. Go to the Lead hill location, much fresher there.
Terrible service. Placed order online 30 min prior to pickup. When I arrived was told they never received my order and had to make it from scratch seeing how they sold and used everything before I got there. Terrible Panda Express
Came in to buy a lunch for my daughter to take it to Oakmont High school.
By the time they prepared my order it was already too late.
They were out of multiple items and said that it going to take a minute.
It took almost 15 minutes.
Employees need more training to make sure they don't run out of food.
I wish tofu but other than that I want to say Landon did an amazing job even with customers hounding him so thank you guys I know restaurant works don't get the respect they deserve
Bad place I don't recommend it the very stingy. I order big playte with shrimp they only put a couple shrimps only I told the guy he was very Rude
Came in late night and they had nothing to eat. Super irritating when restaurants don't pick up their phone when you call to verify food availability. I wasted my time coming over here for nothing. If you are open late have the items available for purchase for your customers. You are a giant corporate chain you can afford to throw away a bit of food in order to keep your customers happy.
Good food at a great price. This is a typical Panda Express location. It's a little on the busy side but I see that as a plus because the food rotates quickly. None of the items sit in the warming trays for long.
Food was over cooked and soggy. The worker was rude and pushy even though we were the only customers. I love panda but this particular one was really bad today.
Placed order online at approximately 605pm with 620 estimated completion. Checked in at about 615 and was told 5-10 more minutes. Order slip was misplaced in the meantime, waited until 645 for someone to realize that I was 1 of only 4 people still in the restaurant before they called me up to ask how they could help. 10 people in the line came and went. Only upside is that the food was freshly prepared.
