Panda Express, Fresno CA

The food looks old and dry. They didn't have much selection. Im very disappointed. They definitely lost a customer.

Lomg line at Panda Express.ordered online and not ready.usually thay are better than this.

This location opens around 1030hrs and I stopped there around 1100hrs. Their credit card machine stopped working after I was second in line to pay. The food was given to me for free because it couldn’t go back on the line or it would been thrown in the trash.

Made my shrimp fresh. Service was great. Don't remember the name of young lady helping but great experience

I got food poisoning from the Angus Beef dish at this location. Fried Rice was crunchy and hard. The Fried Rice is always poorly cooked at every restaurant. Thanks to this experience I can honestly say I am done with all Panda Express now.

Ordered online, arrived 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready but it wasn't, had to wait an extra 45 minutes because they didn't have rice made; and this was at 7pm, not near to closing time.
Place was dirty, they were washing the kitchen floors with soap and water while the employees were serving the food were standing on it, water slowly started moving to the dinning room area.

What is wrong with panda? Terrible food! No taste, no smell! Used to be good about a year ago. Maybe they need better cooks. Ordered brown rice thinking I would be getting authentic brown rice but got white rice with some brown stuff on it. Wow! Paid almost 40.00 for horrible food. By the way ordered grilled chicken and got boiled chicken. Smelt boiled even my husband made the comment saying the same thing. I left my chicken since it smelt and looked pink.

Walked in. Place was empty. Waited a bit for someone to acknowledge me. Finally one of them walks up and says, "what do you want. " This was not in a polite tone either. He was rude while he took my order and when I paid. It's a wonder why this place was empty at lunchtime on a Sunday.

Food was gross and order broccoli beef only got broccoli no beef but you sure got my money huh scam!

Love Panda Express. Fast/express service, well maintaned and delicious food. Affordable price. Price for one but good for two.

Extremely rude! Girl serving me was named Luca or Lucy I believe… she spoke to me in a very unprofessional tone. Do better Panda!

If only you could give zero stars! Worst experience ever at a Panda Express. Barely any entrees and what they did have looked like it had been under the heat lamp way too long. Customer service was terrible as well.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but I ordered a bowl from this panda with orange chicken. There was literally FIVE peices of SMALL bites of orange chicken. I wish I could post a picture here, it was the sadest bowl I've ever seen. Can't even call it a lunch

Panda is consistent if nothing else. The food is good enough so the rating is high. I do have a complaint though. This has to be the only fast food place that will not let you change or special order anything. If you are a vegetarian then you honestly might as well skip panda. Every single main entree has meat in it. Your options are rice, noodles and greens. All three are sides. They have an incredible stock of fresh veggies in the cooler but will not make anything that is not on the menu. Even though there are locations that have had a vegetarian option, including this one. They still will not make a veggie dish special order for you. I have asked enough times to know not to bother. I am personally not vegetarian, but my wife is vegan. Regardless that is two customers that would frequent this place and have in the past but honestly don't bother much anymore.

I want to reiterate, I can go to any other fast food place and they will make me anything they have in the kitchen without hesitation just to take my money. But panda won't make a single entree that doesn't have some kind of meat in it, even if I'm willing to wait 10 minutes for it to be prepared. I would call this a fail.

There was a pretty long line on the day I was there. I would highly recommend ordering ahead. But I think it was the weekend and around lunch time so it's not terribly surprising. I've been here several times before and it's the same as every other Panda Express. They serve "Chinese' food.

Never going back to this place taste so bad had a burnt smell and cooked with more then required peppers.should have gone back and made him taste what he cooked.not going back to this place.people avoid.
