Panda Express, Dublin CA

We ordered online, and the food was not ready at the time specified. The order left out the fortune cookies.

With time they are going down. Ordered online one time the entree was way less than pick up time. This time the amount of entree they gave is horrible, not at all enough for 1 person may be fine for kids. This happened multiple times. Food was not fresh and too greasy. Not going back to this location again. Horrible experience.

FEI needs to work on her customer service skills. She is not very approachable and is rude. I asked to sample something and she said no in the rudest way possible with an eye roll smh. I get it, but just say we aren't doing samples at the moment. Simple. To top it off she serves very small portions.

Ordered the family feast. The chow-mien noodles were mostly onion, and the orange chicken was pale and hard. I ordered online and picked up. I tried calling them, but noone picks up. I'm going to ask for a refund, the food quality is garbage. I'm a regular, and have noticed this degrade in quality. I don't know what changed, but I will no longer buy from them.

Manager helped with service for 3 Plate orders but was very stingy on the quantity of serving per plate in this store. I was afraid if they will start to count the noodles before adding to the box. Panda Express is quite hyped now need to be more gracious on the quantity for price.

Very cheap with tofu eggplant bowl! I always order my favorite bowl with veggies. They give me mostly veggies and 3 pieces of tofu and 2 pieces of eggplant! Every time I asked for less veggies and more tofu eggplant! They say 1 scoop only but hella veggies! Tofu and eggplant are not expensive ingredients. Then they start talking in their language, knowing they were talking about me!

Absolutely horrible! Most of our chow mein were onions! Orange chicken was hard as rock. We will never purchase food from this restaurant again!

It's the panda, you don't go wrong here, don't expect out of the world dishes, it's regular food, good quantity and good quality.
This particular place is a favourite of ours, on the way home, so overall a good choice for us.

When did they get so skimpy with their portions? It used to fill the entire to-go box but now the two entree plate is more like a bowl. I didn’t even get a fortune cookie. Did they change management? Disappointed.

1st, this location has stopped giving a veterans discount. 2nd, some of the skimpiest portions we've ever had at a panda express. 3rd, some burn marks on our honey walnut shrimp. Will not be back to this Panda.

I always stop by this panda express in dublin ca.but today 08/28/22 i was suprise the food i order is they dont much anymore not like other panda express.thats this place are not busy like others.

I came here and order a bigger plate I told the cashier I need it 8 packs of hot sauce wich she replied only 2 packages were allowed. Per meal I told her I didn’t want any soy sauce or fortune cookies I think they should put a sign telling how many packages you should get with your meal or have condiment bottles at your own liking. I did not see any sign she end it up giving me the 8 packets this review is based on their customer service other than that the food is good

Ordered mushroom chickken but had no mushroom. Rice, was as usual, always dry no matter if steamend or fried. Bitter zucchini squash and forgot my greens. Only ate the chicken.

Was lunch time so you have to go in knowing what you want. Some of my chow mein was burnt so it had a bitter taste but overall it was decent.

They gave me 4 to 7 pieces of orange chicken over my rice I called and told them and they would do nothing about it time to go higher now calling corporate bad service
