15Large family. Ordered their family meal with extra sides, extra main dishes, spring rolls and drinks for dine in. After we paid, they told us they didn't have any plates. Asked for the trays they use for their platters- was told no. They ended up giving us the little plates they serve their spring rolls on to serve a family of 8. Poor service.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the orange chicken was to die for. The service was super good, and they even made a special vegetarian entree just for my mother. This experience gave Panda Express a great reputation among my whole family.
I ordered a plate from Panda today.ordered BEEF broccoli and got 5 large chunks of raw broccoli.not a sliver of beef. Ordered chow mein.got 2 large table spoons. What a disappointment! NEVER again.they USED TO BE so good.they have gotten sloppy and uncaring about their food.
Today I went to this place and they have very bad service they said that I need to wait for something I wanted to I ordered something they did have and they still made me wait like 10. Minutes and so rude
They refused to provide the knife and or cut the chicken to smaller pieces for kids which led to major drama! But the food itself was good.
Got some food Friday never again! I remember the service was decently fast and food good now you get none of those. They need to fix this
I paid for a full bowl of food and got a half bowl. I’ll never go back there again. This isn’t the first time it has happened to me there. I don’t like being ripped off. Whoever sent this food out should be fired.
WHY ATE THE WOKERS SO BUTTER AND RUDE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Especially the girls in the drive through! Unbelievable! Where’s the training!? The good customer service
I feel like quality has completely gone out the window since covid, today my experience through the drive-through I ordered and they told me they were out of a couple items and that I would have to wait so I chose something that they did say they had available and and still had to wait in the front For 5 minutes And they had 6 to 7 other cars waiting for their orders So why wouldn't they tell me there was a wait and I would have gotten exactly what I had originally wanted communication lacked today. Then I get my order got to my location and it seems the 2 entry plate is a one entry plate with small servings! Just absolutely Ridiculous.
This place needs to start asking for a college degree cause the girls working here are beyond stupid! Don’t recommend to anyone! Go to Dinuba Restaurant instead
Bad service all around, improper servings, drive thru no napkins, no ice and no one seems to care. Am glad I was just driving thru and have no need to come back.
Today, I went into the Panda Xpress to order a large entry and the server allowed a rude condescending couple go ahead of me when I told her I was next. Ok, maybe not her fault there. Then, she commented "I can take your order now". So, I looked over my shoulder before I spoke. I proceeded to tell her my order; mean while order was pushed up to the front. I paid and came home with my older wrong and no t.
The service at this restaurant has declined dramatically in the last couple years. I had several experiences of wrong orders and wait times of 30-40 minutes for food. I change my order to adjust to what they say they have ready and once I reach the window they tell me that I have to wait for it. I go inside the restaurant to add something to my order since I'm already waiting. I wanted to change my order from 2 entree to 3 and they will not. I speak to the manager and she wont give me a refund. I ask for the phone number of their District Manager and she informs me they are on vacation. I ask her nicely who else I can speak to and she says no one just her and corporate. She tells me to go back in 2 weeks to get the Dm's phone number. She was just giving me the run around. I did not shout or be little her and she would not help me in anyway. Worst customer service ever! I have been going to this Panda Express location for more than 10 years. I used to work for Panda for 5 years and was always instructed to treat customers with exceptional service and this was not it! After reading reviews for this location I can tell that their District Manager has done nothing to help this location work on their customer service. All these continued bad experiences has stopped me from going to all Panda express altogether.
Panda Express is impeccable! However service at the Panda Express in Dinuba is some of the worst I’ve seen. The employees have 9 times out of 10 been super rude. They have always forgotten something whether it’s the sauce that was asked for, straws, wrong items, or this last time the chicken wasn’t completely cooked through. The sad part is Dinuba is so small you have to drive a distance for another panda but definitely hope a new manager gets a hold of this place and turns it around.
