One of the worst experiences Iv’e had at a panda express. They firstly didnt accept my coupon and then gave me the wrong order

I was there at panda tonight around 720 pm. The services now on really bad don't know how to say hello and bye to clients anymore. Specifically a lady there tonight I didn't catch her name.

Amazing food would recommend eating orange chicken probably the best thing on their menu could be a little cleaner 4 stars

The food was awful. I love Panda but this location managed to ruin the orange chicken, chow mein, and fried rice.

Large servings, affordable, ready-made entrees made for quick service along a bar-like serving area. The only things we didn't like were that the restaurant was loud (not from customers; this was kitchen noise) and we had to raise our voice so the worker could take our order, and they forgot our fortune cookies and we had to ask for them before leaving. Another thing to note: there were no COVID19 checkout dividers.

Ordered 2 family meals today 12-9-21 at around 445pm from the Eastlake store on Eastlake Parkway, Orange chicken was over cooked and very dry chow mein noodles were burnt. Fried rice was edible but a little under seasoned. Our egg rolls were very sloppy. Been eating at Panda Express for years and I was truly surprised with the quality of food we received today. The packaging was very sloppy the majority of our boxes popped opened on our way home. Paid over $60 for a very disappointing dinner. Switched from Mandarin to Panda due to Mandarin raised their pricing but I’ll pay $20 more for better quality moving forward.

Wife was using the restroom, male employee walks in to clean stalls in female side. Does not check to see if anyone was using it. He should have notified that he was trying to enter prior to cleaning. There was no sign on the door, I watched him walk right in, training should be conducted.

If your just buying food for yourself I would recommend you to just get a bowl it’s just enough for a person! They constantly make the food fresh.

Website says 10am and when you pull up it says 11am. Waste of time and don't recommend going to this place to anyone.

I often take my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are fantastic and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a cheerful evening.highly recommended.

This place is great! Affordable prices, considerable dishes and the employees are regularly super friendly.

In these crazy covid19 days, this is my easily accessible comfort food:) Lots of locations, good consistency across stores. Always happy to eat here.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Eastlake location. The staff here do not care, all the food was "being prepared" and the staff weren't bothered about people waiting.
