This Panda Express establishment is mediocre to put it best. The orange chicken was rubbery and soggy, and the chow mein was flavorless and lacked sauce. Maybe get some new cooks because these ones aren't working. Try to gain some inspiration from the Solana Beach location which gets a 4.5 stars from me. Will likely not be back.

Quick food service, my daughter loves their teriyaki chicken and walnut shrimp. Too bad they don't have plant based chicken anymore.

Don't understand the point of ordering ahead if it still takes 15 mins+ after your scheduled pick up time.they received my online order at 11: 53 (pick up time noon), didn't get my order until 12: 15 with an incorrect item nonetheless

The people that work here are all extremely rude and roll their eyes every time you order. It’s unbelievable really. Will be contacting corporate

They got my order wrong and charged me for premium items without giving me any. I drove 30 minutes home and called just to hear that it's not possible there was a mistake. I can't even eat what they gave me because of an allergy. Never coming back here.

I had a very bad experience at this location
The workers touch the food plate with dirty gloves that they had touched money with.
When the plates fall on the ground, they pick up the same plate and fill it with food for the customers. Their chicken teriyaki is all burned as well.
Very very bad experience at this location.

Panda express take out is always on time, hot, delicious. We do takeout monthly. Portions are fairly priced.

Their fried rice is not fully cooked, it's hard and inedible. I Requested a refund, Leslie the manager said that Panda Express as a company never gives refunds, only store credit and only at the location that I purchased my meal at. I do not plan on coming back to this location, so no, I do not want store credit.

Delicious food and large portions at reasonable prices. It may not be "authentic" Chinese food, but it is still very flavourful and delicious. Service is always quick, friendly, and professional.

Can I do zero stars? Rice was hard and not cooked. The orange chicken tasted like very salty, burnt sugar. When I asked for it to be fixed.major looks and attitude. They don't care. Disgrace.

Was from out of town. Husband went in to buy food and was skipped over several times for people who just walked in. Servers were extremely rude and kept telling him that they will help him later then greeting people who just entered. My husband couldnt order and walked out telling them they lost his business. Never experienced such poor customer service from a panda express before.

This is the only location (I know of) in San Diego County that serves Eggplant tofu as an option.

This is the best Panda Express location, besides Hawaii. The reason: Eggplant tofu. The day they add chow funn to the menu it will be epic.

Came in this evening to buy food (have been eating here since they were on the other side of the highlands) and was accused of STEALING by Fransisco the manager. He told me and my brother that we “took a soda” without paying for it on our last trip. As I recall, last time I was there, we waited 20 minutes for entrees that were old and near out during prime dinner time. The employee Alex, scooped the old chicken that was sitting in the container into my brothers meal even though we stood there waiting for 20 minutes. We called him on it and he grudgingly with an attitude and eye roll scooped the old food out and put the chicken we were waiting for in. Frustrated with the poor customer service and audacity to serve old food my recollection of the number of drinks purchased may have been incorrect. When we came home there was still old food in my brothers dish. Flash forward today the manager Fransisco has the audacity to not only accuse us of stealing but deny the previous episode with the old food and deny us service. He basically said Panda never serves old food its always fresh etc…. He then backtracked and said “if you didnt know you took it you could just tell me” even though from the MINUTE we walked in he was completely innapropriate and unprofessional. The way he spoke to a loyal customer of over a decade is absolutely innapropriate unprofessional and inexcusable. When I asked who the district manager is to call and speak about this, Fransisco said he doesnt know with a smirk. My brother asked the heavier set employee Alex what his name was (the one who served us old food weeks ago) and he laughed in my brothers face and shook his head (outside the store). Sylvia the manager also stood idly by as Fransisco incorrectly accused us and made a scene. My brother asked Sylvia for her card she refused to give it. To aggressively treat customers like this only shows how insecure these “employees” are, I do believe it was an ego trip on Fransiscos and Alex’s part. District manager: follow up with me if you would like.

Worse manager ever! She is always with her bad attitude people just go there as customer if she don’t like her job time to look for another one. Is not fair to see how she miss treat everyone rude to customers and rude to her employees I dint see her name tag she is Hispanic black shirts work today Saturday 1/08/2022 around 12: 30 pm Shame on Panda Express having this kind of manager.
